I love the Grace Theme's template design. Everyone who has seen my new site loves the look. But this is not why I'm writing this review since you can get great looking templates from many other sources. What sets them apart is their superior customer service and their excellent support after you buy their product. Their friendly attitude, great customer service, and superior product support are second to none. I definitely recommend Grace Theme to anyone who needs a superb looking website.

It's just comfortable theme for fast website development. And in case you struggle, they have a great support team.

It is very customizable and easy to use. The support is also excellent.

I am using the Online Consulting Pro theme from Grace Themes and have been very happy with all the features it has. Everything was working great except for one slight problem with the height of one of the Service boxes. I sent a note to Grace Themes and in less than 24 hours I had a response and a fix applied directly to my site - with an explanation of what was changed. Great Service and great company.

Great theme. It was just what I needed for an association of churches. It needed a little tweaking to meet my client's expectations and Grace Themes did that quickly

Not so much a review as a comment that their themes might not be up to date /compatible with the latest WP (version 6.0) I got errors thrown in functions.php after activating GraceThemes' PrayerLite

The themes are great, they have a very nice design and a lot of possibilities. Additionally, with some design questions and extra wishes I had a very great and extraordinary support from grace themes. So I am really happy I purchased the whole packages with all this wonderful themes.

The the works great and when I couldn't figure out some settings they replied within 12 hours. Would definitely recommend!

The Church Lite theme was just what my church wanted. It's very customizable and support is very quick and responsive outside of what the theme can already do for you!

Pros:
Theme cost is very reasonable, especially for a startup and novices.
Easy to use, especially for novices. Anyone with a preexisting small amount of HTML and CSS knowledge or the ability to learn it will do just fine with Grace themes.
Can get a half-decent website up and running in a weekend.
Support is fairly helpful and willing to make minor changes to your theme for you.

Cons
Experienced folks will find it a tad limiting; other more expensive themes offer greater customization.
Options are not exactly organized in the most common-sense/logical way.
Support insists on having admin access to your site in order to make changes for you. This can present a whole host of issues depending on your business type and confidentiality needs.
No support for child theme creation so some changes you make will be overwritten on theme updates; keep your file changes saved elsewhere for quick reinstall.

The theme is good but the difference maker has been the customer service. Email support responded very quickly over multiple emails to help troubleshoot my issues.
