The plug to my Graco AllWays swing was lost after it was put in storage. I was so upset but the Graco team went above and beyond to help me find a replacement and sent one to me as a goodwill gesture. I was so grateful and my daughter loves her swing
Brilliant customer service.
I had accidently lost the shoulder strap pad for my stroller.
I messaged and Ella got back to me promptly asking for a bit more information and once I had sent this, she confirmed the part was ordered and would be with me in a few days.
I couldn't be happier with the service she has provided and it is really appreciated.

I contacted Graco to try and source a high chair table which hadn't been returned to me for items which had been in storage. Ella dealt with my query and was helpful thoughout, providing me with a replacement, without charge, which was received in a few days. So refreshing to receive such great customer service. Contacted the team for advice regarding where I can purchase spare parts for a baby swing. Team were quick to respond and sent me a complimentary replacement part (baby swing cushion). Spoke to Ella who was very helpful and polite throughout. Thank you very much! 10/10 service.

Fabulous customer service.
I have a travelite pushchair for my granddaughter but have unfortunately lost the bumper bar.
I contacted customer service via Facebook messenger to find out if I could purchase a replacement.
Ella dealt with my query promptly, and has sent me a replacement free of charge as a goodwill gesture.
I am absolutely blown away by the level of customer satisfaction from Graco, and would not hesitate to purchase further equipment from this brand for my grandchildren.

Excellent. I phoned on the off chance that Graco may be able to supply me with some springs for a double stroller. Ella was amazing - friendly and helpful on the phone and kept me updated by email throughout. The springs have arrived free of charge.

Horrible company , not understanding at all. Ordered a pushchair Been using it for less than 3 months and rain over has come out from the side . Sent it to graco and apparently it’s accidental damage which is weird as I’ve used it for less than 3 months . For such a big company the quality is poor.
They sent the car seat back same condition didn’t even think to Atleast repair it.
Shame on you

Misplaced infant insert for car seat. No luck finding a replacement so contacted Graco. They responded very quickly and sent s replacement part free of charge. Very friendly helpful staff. Very grateful for their assistance.

Amazing customer service !!
I bought a Graco car seat from amazon 2 years ago . It developed a fault recently with adjusting the height . I emailed Graco for help . They sent someone to collect ...repaired it .. and sent it back . At no cost to myself . From first email to recieving the car seat back was less than 2 weeks . Brilliant .

I contacted customer services and I had misplaced a part from a car seat that I needed to use again.
Ella helped me and asked a few questions about my product/what was required. I was willing to pay for the product replacement, but the wonderful Ella solved my solution so quickly and offered to send me the replacement part free of charge.
