I have had very similar experience as those posted below but worse of all they never shipped my order. I have been requesting order shipping information for the past 12 weeks and no one is responding.

Does anyone know who to contact now?

Same issues as everyone else:
No return info available on the site, despite refund and return policy seemingly professional and upfront at time of purchase. Once you receive the order there is no clarity on how to place the return. Just a return policy that "says" to follow instructions and they will refund within 7 days, with no instructions anywhere: not in the package or the website at all. Just an email to contact them at their email as listed. Still waiting to hear back.

Very little transparency of shipping info provided as you wait a few weeks for the shipment to arrive. Only a DHL tracking number that you then cannot access...takes you to a foreign (Chinese writing) unsecured site.

The company name Gracybee.com also suddenly changed to Thelaka.com as soon as I received my items. Which is also disconcerting.

I got to Gracebee and Ratecute through fashion pages on a Pintrest site and fear Ratecute order will be the same. In fact, when checking my card statement found that both transactions were listed as Orderplus International Hong Kong HKG.

Once received, sizes are not accurate to the size chart as indicated at point of purchase. Seems to exploit plus size people in particular with deceptive tactics, claiming they have your plus size with proper measurements as listed, and then do not send those items as listed.

Quality of clothing is mediocher to poor. I didn't have the highest expectations, but really just loved the fabrics, colors and styles as they were shown/photogrpahed. The fabrics aren't all terrible. But the quality of the seamsmanship is poor and there is no lining at all in any of these so it looks and feels cheap. Some of the fabrics are also transparent/see-thru. You can tell they are made in mass quantities because of the stings of thread still attached, often not clean or unstraight edges and seams, no double seamed sewing so your seams are visible, etc., again just really cheap.

In retrospect, these are probably made by poor expolited people. In even deeper retrospect, these may likely be knock-offs of other companies' and/or designers' designs. This requires more research. How could they produce this terrible quality clothing and have such hi-quality photos on their websites? They are perhaps breaking copyright and trademark laws all over the place.

I regret this purchase in so many ways. I got dazzled by the artestry of the photos (probably not produced by them either) and the color and beauty of the fabrics as they are portrayed in the photos.

Each of these companies should be ashamed of themselves. And Pintrerest should be doing something to stop this from happening!

Contact your Credit Card company right away so they can guide you. They will ask you to contact the seller first, as per policy to give seller the opportunity to respond before you can dispute the charge.

Buyer beware...check reviews BEFORE you buy, not after.

Really bad quality and they don't want to refund the money. Won't ever buy from them again.
The good reviews are fake, as they are all from the same day -.- Shame on you! You make all Chinese look bad!

total rip-off. clothes are NOTHING like photos
instagram targets you and it's game over- this company is the same as 6 others - ll owned by the same parent company making incomplete clothes and shipping from china 2 months later. Good luck trying to get a refund, you will have to go through your credit card company because even after you provide proof 10 times that the returned items were received via USPS, they won't refund your money. STAY AWAY!

Awful experience. Items despatched from China took ten days to arrive and the packaging was damaged, the product quality was horrendous and the sizing was Eastern aka small. I wrote to request a refund on the c.£100 order and the offered me these choices:

1st. You can purchase the item again with 60% price only.
2nd. We are offering you $32 voucher as compensation.
3rd. We are offering you $29 refund as compensation.
4th. You can return the item for full refund

Of course I picked option 4. Is this even legal??

I paid £20 to have my parcel sent international tracked. It's still sitting in customs awaiting collection... one month later

The worst company ever. I don't even think it is a company. Stay away!

Do not buy from this company, the dress I ordered was nothing like the picture on the website, it was only a similar colour. The material was awful it was ill fitting and I wouldn't have paid £2 for it. Asked for the return address and it is China and you are not allowed to send it back UPS, Fed Ex or any other way that guarantees it gets there. They offered a $9 refund or $12 voucher which are both about as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Seeing as I paid for the shipping in the first place think they should allow you return it for full refund

Do NOT buy from this company. It's a waste of your money and time.

The pictures advertised are not at all similar to the products received. The clothing is very low quality (both in material and stitching), and not standard sizes at all. I ordered three dresses in size medium - all three arrived labeled as medium, but more like XS. It takes about 3 weeks for them to arrive because they ship from China.

I asked for a refund and was told they would give me $12 back and I could keep the items. (I paid $83). They are far too small - why would I keep them? I paid return shipping myself. No return information is on the website. They will give the information to you if you continue to ask. Here it is for anyone wondering:

I highly recommend sending via USPS with signature on delivery. Note that the address does not receive items on a weekend. The phone number they give you for the return is a fax number only, and even when questioned extensively, they will not reveal the last name of the person (Jimmy) receiving the return items.

I was originally told that I'd get a refund 5-7 days after my items were received. After they had them in hand (as proven by USPS tracking), I was told the money would be refunded after 15 days. We've now passed that mark as well, and they say I've been successfully refunded, however, there's no refund in my account and bank confirms there are no pending transactions. This company produces low quality products and hides their terrible transactions behind a mountain of apologies but does nothing to right the situation. They completely ignore requests to speak to their customer service or billing departments on the phone. The only contact is via an email address. If you write to the address, you get a response the next day, and while they are polite in email, they do not answer questions fully or fix the situation. If you return items, they will keep both the items and your money.

If you've bought from them and the items weren't to your satisfaction, return your items to the location above and initiate a chargeback from your bank. I'm afraid that's the only recourse.

Very bad dress

Awful. Two months later no product and no money back. Also worth noting they don't allow reviews on Facebook. Probably because they'd be awful and they cannot get them taken down!

The clothes look lovely but don't be fooled..... They don't exist!

It's horrible!!! They don't care about the client. I am trying to resolv my situation and they keep giving me the same answer. They don't have costumer care.

It is not also bad, their service is very bad. My order is still in process and they never gave me details about the shipping time. Each time I ask them about my order they apologize for the inconvenience. It seems they are not a serious company and I have asked to cancel the order and to refund my money. I hope they do so.

Please do not buy from this company. I bought several items and nothing is representative of the pictures on the site. In fact, the clothes are so poorly made that I wouldn't even give them to charity. I have been trying to send them back but to no avail. Please buy clothing from a reputable site. Very, Very, Very poor quality.

I bought two shirts and one scarf (USD 62) , sent the package back (USD 18) from Prague, Czech Rep. to China. They ignored my package. I was writing them that it is weird that the package is still on one place for such a long time. It came back and after six months, I have the products that I do not like at all and I will just through them into a bin. I paid USD 80! BE CAREFUL! DO NOT TRUST THEM, ANETA

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! Quality of the fabric is shocking, sizing is way off and the finish is awful! My order cost $49 and when I contacted them for a return address they offered me $8 to keep them rather than spend a fortune to return to China. I have NEVER seen such poor quality clothes so misrepresented by the photos on their website - please avoid!

Unfortunately all items received were a very poor version of the site photos. Now i have to return everything and bear the cist of the return. Complete and utter dissappointment....

Bad customer service, wrong sizing, they don’t tell you it’s Asian size. When you want to return it it cost you more than the item. The dress I bought does not even look in tiny bit similar to the one they are posting on their page. Horrible, cheap no worth it! Save your money and buy of well known pages not something like this...
