The worst service I have ever witnessed and they still haven't sent my product. I have been waiting since 21st November and its been nearly been 2 weeks. I have asked for updates and refunds.

Ordered a pokemon booster box on the 6th October it's now the 26th and still nothing, no reply to emails, managed to get through once out of the 10 times I've called, said they'd call back sat morning with an update.. nothing.

They chance that you wont complain/dispute
This is the second time they have taken payment but not dispatched any items. I've noticed that they have updated the item on the website to out of stock, so I assume they didn't have stock to fulfil my order or didn't want to fulfil it as the item was far below market value. However they have not reached out to me at all. They even leave the fulfilment status on their website as unfulfilled.
From reading other reviews it looks like they do this all the time to chance that customers wont complain/dispute and they get to keep the money. And for some people down below it's even worse as Gradedcards have sent them the wrong item (probably purposefully).
This is the first time I've ever written a negative review, I hope if you're reading this, you carefully consider whether you want to shop with them.
