32931W Order made 17th October. No response since an email the day after to say there was a problem with suppliers. Like others have said recently - DO NOT BUY HERE.

Products were good but this time it didn't arrive and support emails just bounced

Ordered Monday 4th nov 10am paid for next day delivery and I'm still waiting 3 days later. Messaged via WhatsApp and sent emails and no reply. 2nd time this has happened not impressed

Never sent my order. No refund and you cannot contact them at all.

Luckily got my money back through my card.

Do not touch these scumbags

Graded green are always great ,delivery is reliable customer service is polite however I’ve only used them once and just generally great stuff can’t wait for my next delivery of the white truffle

Been a loyal customer for over a year. Usually very satisfied with their service, had a couple long delays in delivery here and there but always received and compensated in the end. That being said, I just placed an order of over 100 GBP a week and half ago and have not received a single email confirming it has been received or sent off by royal mail. I've been emailing them through their contact page every single day and have yet to have heard back from them. Their direct email no longer works and blocks messages, and their Whatsapp page also seems like it's down. By the looks of all the other recent reviews it sounds like they might have gone bust, taken everyones money and ran. I really hope this isn't the case but it does not look promising, at all...

I have just received an email saying there was a delay and items will be shipped premium next day. I also placed an order, didn't receive e mail or anything for 5 days, so I thought that's that. £15 down the drain. Thankfully, have received the above mentioned e mail out of the blue, so maybe we shall all receive shipments they were waiting on. Deliveries they say will be shipped by or before next week. Will update this if all is well. 1 st time buyer. EDIT. NOTHING. DONT REPLY TO THEIR EMAILS. ITS FAKE. Also, fake re iews here. They have 1 comment but apparently have recieved something. LIES

Not sure what happened to this company, but I want to share my latest experience. Previously, I had ordered twice without any issues – items were fine, and the shipment was almost on time. However, I placed an order on October 15 and, despite contacting them via email and WhatsApp, have received no feedback regarding my order status. The payment has been completed, but my order remains unfulfilled.

It seems I'm not alone in this situation. Many others have been facing similar issues over the past few weeks. The company appears to have stopped providing support altogether. They took my money, and now I'm left with no assistance. I'm considering contacting my bank to open a dispute.

These people are nothing but scam artist. I ordered some stuff first time it can within a few working day even though it said next day delivery lol? Ordered again week later haven’t heard anything off them and basically been robbed for my money. Avoid these fools at all cost.

I ordered over £70 worth of products over two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. They don't even have the decency to replied to my emails! AVOID this store

Have you gone out of business??? Been waiting since 23/09 - took payment very quickly. Have emailed, WhatsApp messaged and message via website- not a peep!!!

Placed an order on the 8th October 2024.Still waiting for order and its the 16th October. There is a WhatsApp but not had any reply,and I am having trouble to contact them,and the customer service is non existing. Very disappointed, going to have go to bank tomorrow to see them about getting my money back.

My order has gone unfulfilled, and despite multiple attempts to contact them via their online form, email, and WhatsApp, I've received no response. I've had to escalate the issue by filing a dispute with my credit card provider in hopes of getting a refund. This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this company.

NB..31st of October and no reply from Graded Green. So have had £101.50 stolen. AVOID!!

Everything was going well until I received my small bud’s wedding cake cbd flower order which arrived in the worst possible condition, the buds have literally just started decomposing. As long as you don’t order a cbd bud that’s really cheap you should be alright with gradedgreen.

Used these for a while and had no issue. Then made a big order on 25th sept 24 which has gone unfulfilled and obvs no answer on what's app. Have made a dispute with my card people so hopefully be refunded but this is not good.

All the best out of stock just now. Hopefully a restock is due

Ordered and paid, nothing arrived in 2 weeks, tried to email but account blocked. Tried using their own online contact form, no reply. Found their WhatsApp contact information and still no reply. Nothing else to say really. Thieves, scam

I found the CBD hash to be of very high quality and it only took a couple of days to be delivered, after I had made my order.
