Warning
Ordered a product over two weeks ago was sent something completely different, can’t get a response to rectify this issue, I do know what product I should have been sent as I’ve had 100g of it before.
The company has drastically gone down hill very quickly as there is zero customer support via email, social media or what’s app, customer support/care is completely non existent anymore.
Extremely unhappy with them as I’ve spent a lot of money with them in the past.
Be very cautious when buying from them now.
It’s unbelievable from how as good as they were from a company, to how bad they are now, literally over night, big big shame.

Do not use!! Scam merchants
Placed an order on Monday with tracked 24 delivery, did not get a despatch email until Thursday and now it is Sunday. No order has arrived, I have been contacting them via email and what’s app since Thursday and they have not responded once. Do not use this company, there are much better CBD places out there. I will be contacting trading standards and the police about this bunch of rip off merchants

Never received my order
Never received my order. And no one answers emails. So despite their promise of replacement produce, you have no chance of ever getting it. As the company can't be bothered to speak to their customers. I have sent numerous emails regarding the missing order, and each one has been ignored. This is awful customer services. So I am left with no pain relief and lost my money so can't buy anymore.
