I had a great experience with Gradfuel, Jemma was amazing at matching me to jobs that I was interested in and helping answer any questions I had about the roles and the companies! Overall a really good experience, highly recommend.

Gradfuel really helped me find a perfect role for myself post-graduation. I had personal help from Elliot which was great, hadn't expected such one-to-one help in finding the position.

Jemma has been brilliant for the work she has done to secure me interviews, some of which have been within hours of speaking to her. She has helped so much in securing a kickstart position, in the field which I am interested in. She constantly kept up to date with me to see how I was doing and if there was anything further she could help with. Thank you Jemma!

I had a great time using Gradfuel. I was struggling to find the right graduates and was being quoted £1000's of pounds by recruiters to get one employed. That is when I began searching and saw Gradfuel. Gradfuel, helped me find graduates quickly and efficiently but also only charged me £300 on success. When I expressed exactly what I wanted they took note of that and hired me within Gradfuel itself. Both working with and for this company has been excellent. The best recruitment agency I’ve dealt with. Any other recruiters that have contacted me just wanted to give me a job that didn’t suit me just in order to get their commission target. Within a week of contacting me they found me a job that I was specifically looking for through the Kickstart scheme. Everyone I spoke to at the Gradfuel Team was so helpful and friendly, from Ornette who intially contacted me to Karl and Elliot who really made sure I was being put through for jobs that I actually wanted. I am now two months into my job and cannot thank Gradfuel enough for getting me a job after months of looking. Would definitely recommend!

Really supportive team who helped us to hire 3 Kickstarters for our open roles. Although there were delays initially from the DWP when we signed up to Gradfuel, Molly was helpful and reassuring. The team scheduled interviews with candidates and Molly checked in with me regularly, answering any questions I had. We now have 3 great new starters who add massive value to our team.

There is a huge lack of support from the team and I am fuming that I was put in this position - I was sold a dream.

There is a lack of information being given and then when you highlight this - it gets thrown back in your face and you are blamed. Kickstart schemes you have to be under the minimal band of earnings and I was not aware of this... nor did Gradfuel care to find this out either.

I handed in my notice, because I actually got the job through the Kickstart scheme. But because apparently *I* did everything wrong and now I've risked my employment status. What am I going to do now I'm out of a job? Because I foolishly put trust into a company that only cares about commission and business.

Well your business conduct was shoddy and there was no formal apology given. I am writing a formal complaint because my time has been wasted.

Waste of time. Really quick to put your application in, but no real support whatsoever

Wasted months and months of our time. Had to chase for any updates, and now begun ignoring all our emails and messages. Genuinely furious with them.

The only thing with Gradfuel is that they either don't really know that its 2021 and companies shouldn't discriminate based on anything or they just one of those stuck up companies who hire only British peeps. I got a message from them, clicked on the link went onto some form and then I saw the below line.

"Are you a British Citizen? (If you are not a British Citizen then unfortunately we cannot help at this particular time) *"
I think this speaks for itself and on behalf of the company too. Well done guys! :D
