Do not buy from this store........Want to return two pair of trousers. It is not possible to make a return on there website, they don't answer their emails - have sent many emails - and they don't answer their phone - so it is simply just not possible to get in touch with them to make a return.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I have tried numerous times to get in contact re: the return of an item 4 weeks ago. They provided a return label but there has been no one at the store to receive the package back.The phone line advertised on their website does not work. They do not respond to emails.
I have spent hours trying to find out where the parcel is, trying to email, trying to phone and NO response.
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. They have my money.

Great variety and easy to use website but non-existent customer service. Used both email and web form to reach out around 3-4x and the only way I received a response was to message them via instagram and even then the person responded just gave me the email I had been trying with no success. Seems like this is a comment thread in reading other reviews / complaints. Should have paid a bit more and went with Rooney who has better cs.
