Good quality, good customer service
Two of the three items that I ordered weren't cut right for my figure and I initiated a return. I was very pleased when I was given a full refund and told that as a one time offer, I could keep the clothes and find a friend or family member who would like them. The fabric and quality of the clothes seem very good.

Grae Cove dresses are the best!!
Grae Cove linen dresses are absolutely the best and the most comfortable!! I have loved every single one that I have bought, and I have 7 or 8 of them. They ship in a timely fashion and every order that I have ever placed arrives undamaged and very quickly considering how far they have to travel. I plan to buy many more dresses from Grae Cove!!

My dress is beautiful
My dress is beautiful. All the seams were right, no hanging threads, etc. Looks exactly as shown, has some give in the waist, and looks great on! I washed as instructed and skipped the dryer. It dried quickly and with few wrinkles on a hanger. I wish they’d make these in more colors!

The clothes are good quality BUT it is not possible to use the returns form on website. After trying to use it you give up and have to e mail them and they offer a partial refund and a voucher. Refund is low compared to price and came through quickly BUT voucher promised never e mailed to me despite follow up request….NOT impressed. So unless the clothes fit you have hassle. So be aware the return form on line does not work as I now see from other reviews. As this company is based in Far East I presume return postage is an issue for them?
Have now upgraded my review as I have now been fully refunded in response.Thank you. However I suggest you reconsider your refund programme in the light of my experience and that of others who have reviewed, so customers have confidence to buy. The clothes are good quality and competitively priced.
