My map came in fast! I am very happy with the quality and design! Looks exactly like it does online!

The map received is not even the area I requested! I am not sure where it is from but not what I ordered. The Title was correct just nothing else about it was correct.

SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY from this company! The product in real life does not look like what you see on their site. The product comes in terrible condition. They will not refund your money...IT IS A LIE!!! Their customer service is a red-tape run-a-round. I have never written a bad review of anyone in my life but I would like to help others avoid losing their hard-earned money.

My print came in the mail with quite a bit of damage all around the edges. Basically to the point where I had to throw it out. I did contact Grafomap and they did send me another one right way. This time there was still some damage, but not as bad. I will see how it looks after framing it. The quality of the map was not that great either...so I'm glad I had a coupon and did not pay full price.

The product was as ordered and came in a round mailer; however, when unrolled, it is oddly wrinkled for some reason.

Item was delivered in excellent condition. Took some time with the delivery, which is understood because of the pandemic season. But, overall, I like the quality of the print out and the hanger color I have requested was given. Thank you so much, Grafomap! 🧡

I'm OBSESSED with my Grafomap! It goes perfectly with my bohemian/minimalistic home decor aesthetic and it reminds me of my favorite city and new home -- Rochester, NY! Such a great gift idea and adds a nice personalized touch.

Upon receiving my damaged map, I emailed and notified them and asked if they could send a replacement. They responded and said they were shipping out the replacement. One month and two days later I emailed them to notify them that it still had not arrived. They responded with "We asked you if you wanted a replacement and you never responded." THIS is Graftomap.

*UPDATE - The replacement finally arrived...damaged. I notified them, sent photos and asked for a refund. They responded and requested me to send another photo of it cut in half as “proof” that it was destroyed; like either copy was usable otherwise. At this point, I trashed both copies and accepted the losses and moved on, preferring to not even deal with them further. This was a Christmas gift that arrived twice unable to give. The perpetual “needs” from the customer to rectify the situation was off putting and won’t use them again.

I recommend any other mapping service, there are plenty others.

First poster arrived, it was damaged and had wrinkles and creases in it. The edge of the shipping container was collapsed - maybe due to shipping carrier, maybe due to cheap packaging? Grafomap sent a second poster for free, took an additional month to arrive, and that poster is ALSO damaged! It had creases in the poster, though the packaging was not damaged. We have asked for help but customer service has not been responsive.

Website is beautiful, but I would look elsewhere for maps!

First map I was sent had an error. They agreed to send another but it's been over a month now and all I've received is a "your order has been delayed" email. Quite disappointing.

I can’t tell you how much I loved this gift initially. I lost my dad right before covid and live across the country from my hometown, so I haven’t seen my family in over a year. My husband had my old neighborhood printed and it was amazingly comforting to look at...except for the fact it arrived with a hole smack dab in the middle. No biggie I figured. They’d send a replacement right out. Nope. My husband has emailed them about 6 times over 3 weeks now and can’t even get a reply. I loved the gift so much, it would have earned more stars, but now we’re just out $ with a defective product and zero customer service. Very disappointed.

Working with Grafomap was great experience! They reached out offering a collab and explained everything thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable in working with them. The map I customized is an amazing quality and turned out better than I imagined.

Ordered a T shirt on 12/2/2020, and have yet to receive my product. Was never given any shipping information. I made several attempts to ask for any updates on production, or if they were still even planning on making my order since it doesn't seem that many people ever order the T-shirts. I would happily update this review and speak to the quality of their products if I could actually receive the product I ordered.

Update: I received the map on 1/11/2021, in good condition. I had sent a number of emails asking about status, all of which were updated with an auto-response about shipping at the same time. The quality of the map is nice, so I added two stars to this review. I recommend the company address their customer service protocols and be honest about order volumes and backlog.

I ordered a map on December 10th, 2020, and as of January 7th had received no map, nor shipping confirmation, only automatic replies to the numerous requests put in asking for order or shipping status. Unacceptable. If you are experiencing high volume, do a better job at communicating with the customer and being honest with your backlog times. I understand if you're experiencing difficulty with volumes, or lack of staff due to COVID, but don't make false promises.

They shipped the item extremely fast!! The quality is fantastic! I am going to be definitely buying from them again!!

I ordered this map of my daughter in laws home city Quito Ecuador. It was a huge hit!

Map house location is wrong, scaling is off and size I purchased is delivered wrong also. I emailed and waiting a response.
