To be honest i think i got scammed

To be honest i think i got scammed. Because i order on 7th september a school book bag and from them . Email sent almost one week ago. And no answers. Thats a shame. I like to help and i like shopping on small business, but i can see this is just a scam. Now i regret paying by transfer. Because if i have used PayPal would be different.

Paid Early, Left in the Lurch

Absolutely disgraceful service. Paid for my child’s school uniform well in advance—right when school broke up—thinking I was being organised. Everything was paid online, expecting a smooth process. A week before school starts, I return from holiday assuming my order is ready. Instead, I have to chase them, only to get a rude, aggressive response: “The supplier hasn’t got any stock, what do you want me to do?”

Excuse me? What kind of attitude is that towards paying customers? Why was I not informed earlier? Why leave it until the last minute? This is basic customer service—something this business clearly lacks.

It’s no wonder the owner has turned off Facebook reviews. That alone says everything you need to know. Take this as your warning: avoid the headache, the poor communication, and the total lack of accountability. Shop elsewhere and save yourself the stress.
