Chris was the Grailed representative assigned to my claim/case!! Chris was amazing! He was beyond courteous and professional!! A package thst I purchased went missing and Chris went above and beyond what he had to for me!! He kept me a breath every step of the way! It does not happen often but when it does one can only pray that you get a guy like Chris!! He made a very unpleasant situation the very best he could have! I do not have a single thing to complain about!! In every possible way he exceeded what I wished for to handle my claim!!! Grailed banned my account without any real reason.
I was an honest seller with full documentation and 100% positive feedback. They banned me after I followed their own instructions to create a new account, since I lost access to my old email. I sent them proof that I wasn’t a scammer — they ignored it.
Their system is broken: account access is tied only to email, and their support is completely useless. Instead of helping, they just replied with “We reserve the right to ban you.”
This is not a professional platform. If you’re a seller — avoid Grailed. They don’t care about you.

Usually things are great on Grailed. But for this recent purchase, I waited a while just to receive an item with incorrect measurements, and actually had to partially pay to send it back. Thankfully Grailed refunded me, not til after the seller received it though, and they wouldn’t refund the partial payment that I had to pay unfortunately. I know for next time, thanks.
Grailed stole my money — I sold a real designer bag and got nothing in return
I sold a 100% authentic 15 handbag for $2000 on Grailed. I paid $200 for international shipping from Europe. The buyer received the item and never reported any issue.
Suddenly, my account was frozen and Grailed claimed the item didn’t meet their “authenticity standards” — without giving any proof or opening a dispute. They are returning the item ( for a werk now:( …but I received no payment, no refund of shipping costs, and no compensation.
Their customer service is robotic and refuses any real communication or transparency. This is abuse of power and a serious warning to all international sellers — do NOT trust Grailed. You can lose your item and your money in one click.

If I could give zero stars I would! Will never use Grailed to buy anything ever again, I bought a hoody which seller Generated a USPS tracking number for but never posted, it took 5 emails and nearly 3 weeks before Grailed confirmed would refund which I then had to wait a further 5 to 7 days to receive, talk about a wait of a month of my life sending chase e-mails after e-mails, clearly understaffed to the point you are left waiting for replies.
