I have no idea what they are doing…

I have no idea what they are doing there or why they are charging such high percentages. If I try to upload an original piece after a month, I randomly need to add pictures. There are already 100 pictures, are you blind?

Very quick response

NEVER AGAIN

I'm having one of the worst shopping experience, customer service is very poor in communication (their answers are more like bot answers), as I'm having trouble with a purchased item I asked several time about buyers' protection policy, they never replied me about it.

Grailed is my Secret Weapon

Grailed is amazing … if you’re anything like me … you might spend all your money there, their search is vast and expansive and you find the most obscure pieces that you never knew you were looking for, a few uppity sellers act bougie but not even them can ruin the great user interface.

Wrong Colour

I had a bad seller, listed an item then forgot to ship, wasn't replying to my messages and ended up giving my money back. Victor at customer support got the seller to reply and pay attention to his responsibility. Victor was instrumental to get my money back.

Simple & easy to use.

Simple & easy to use.. All you need is to alert on the types of measurements.. Precisely read all the manual measurements + see all the details of photos given.. For express shipping you can ask the seller.. It is your decision.. If you need it to arrive fast, please use express shipping 😄

Grailed disables accounts aggressively

Grailed disables accounts aggressively, not just for sellers but also for buyers. My husband created his own account just to purchase, and they disabled his too. Customer service is no help at all. They either ignore your emails or send copy-paste responses that say nothing and solve nothing. How does this company expect to make money if they keep blocking users?

Do not use Grailed - you'll regret it

I would highly suggest not using grailed to purchase anything. I bought a watch from a seller that was listed to be in Italy. When I received the package it was sewing equipment. this was not a mistake. The scammer seller changed the pickup place to somewhere in California, not in Italy. Then they drop ship something from some sewing company in California. To make it even more interesting the tracking number I had the entire time, when it was shown that it was delivered, was not at my house. Luckily it was delivered to a neighbor's house two streets over that I happened to know. I went over to the house after speaking to the FedEx driver who I know, the package had the correct tracking number but they had changed the name and address. Normally this would just be something you would take care of with the platform you purchase it off of. I have had a few scammers on Poshmark and depop, but it has been taken care of very quickly and I received my money back. I recommend them highly they take care of issues if needed. In the case of Grailed, I would seriously avoid them. It took almost a month to get my money back because they wanted me to send what I received, actually my neighbor received, back to the seller. No matter how many emails I had with them they still would not accept the fact that it was a scam. Multiple pictures tracking everything. They did not care what was happening all that mattered to them was I had six days to send it back to the original address. The issue with that is there was no original address the Italian address does not exist. All I could do was eventually give up and send the package of sewing equipment back to California. Which then was diverted to Italy and has since for the last 8 days been trying to be delivered by FedEx to multiple addresses that they say the address is wrong. My goodness just avoid using this platform altogether. I will never use them again. I finally did get my money back, but I spent so much time doing it that I might as well just giving up because I had to spend so much time. In the end became the point of the situation that I wanted my money back because I was scammed.
