Bens a sarcastic little girl getting all defensive over his piece of £3.45 plasic that wouldn’t protect a playing card joker just like him unprofessional broke instantly messaged to resolve it and he went straight on the attack mode the weapon :)

I was hesitant to order, but the product is excellent. There were some delivery issues, but after contacting them, they were very helpful.

I had come across these products online, but always ignored them. Just last friday, i saw the acrylic cases in person, at the london card show. I purchased one. Got home and put one of my better booster boxes into it. I was so impressed by the fit and quality, that i have ordered another 10 cases since online. Fantastic products

I ordered through the Shop app. Hadn't realised about the discount for multibuy & got charged more than I should have, they emailed me instantly to let me know & refunded me the difference no problem.

They didn't have to do that, but they did. That's an honest company to me.

Much cheaper better quailty elsewhere & better service

I got the PSA option for a PSA card, you put it on and it doesn’t even stay close to the card, it’s flimsy and not snug fit as the pictures look

Edit: I ain’t stupid I tried both ways the mold is faulty

Just wanted to thank you for amazing customer service, purchased a acrylic case at Norfolk card show and unfortunately when i got it home it was slightly damaged. Contacted Grail Guard who immediately sent me a replacement amazing customer service and a great case will certainly buy again thank you!
