Grail Watch Club has been handing luxury watches to lucky winners since April 2021. Founded by James Whitaker, a watch dealer and Tom “TGE” Exton, a well known face in the online car and watch space and prolific collector of both. The aim was simple; offer everyone an affordable chance at owning a dream luxury watch whilst doing our bit to support a good cause. We limit the number of entries for each competition and always aim to combine affordable ticket prices with the best odds possible. We make regular charitable donations from our profits; please see our Charities page for details on which good causes your ticket purchase will help support.

Unbelievable and awesome

I'm not really a watch person so when presented with 4 multiple choice questions all watch models and then to still charge if the answer is incorrect is a bit unfair, only after asking a friend they said I answered incorrectly wasting my money the picture showed a date so I choose the most associated answer day date but this was incorrect but oh well. If your not sure I woukd just not bother as other sites don't let you actually compete the checkout process with an incorrect answer

Hi Don, Sorry to hear that you got the competition question wrong. We operate Prize Competitions and the inclusion of only correctly answered entries in the draw is a strict legal requirement in order to comply with Gambling Commission regulations; any prize comp that blocked incorrect answers as you're suggesting would be breaking the law.
We do try to make it as clear as possible that this is the case, including in a message on the comp page itself that reads "ANSWER CAREFULLY - Incorrect answers will not be entered but will still be charged". Sincere apologies if there was any confusion over this. James

Excellent Experience
I was fortunate enough to win a Rolex Submariner a few weeks ago. James was in contact straight away and was very accomodating in getting the watch posted to me as I was on holiday at the time. Watch arrived exactly as described.

It sounds as though someone has mistyped their telephone number (either when subscribing or checking out) and entered yours in error. If you email me at info@grailwatchclub.com and confirm your number then I'll make sure you don't receive any further contact.
Your conclusion having received the message that we're a scam and our reviews are fake is somewhat baffling, and entirely untrue. We would've happily looked into this for you and rectified the situation immediately had you reached out to us directly, but were never given the chance to do so. Please do email and confirm your number so that I can make sure it's removed from the list.

Exceptional customer service
I submitted a query for entering the competition not expecting an answer or reply. Only then to recieve a phone call, within a couple of hours from a very polite and friendly James. He quickly and efficiently answered my question. I was honestly taken back that he had took the time to call me. Brilliant!
