Product is great. Took a while to arrive because of supply chain issues out of the hands of the Grain team, but they kept in contact the whole way through. Delivery was outsourced to a 3rd party who were a bit rubbish and didn't represent Grain very well. They also made me sign a delivery document to say I'd inspected the products and there's no damage, which is clearly to protect the delivery company from a claim, but isn't ideal if you have to unpack all your new furniture whilst the delivery team stand around in your house for 10mins waiting.
Wouldn't out me off from ordering more grain furniture though, it's well made and lovely.

Sustainability sometimes means you have to be patient. Staff is helpful and you can feel they are doing their best. Product itself is definitely great

It was easy to assemble and has a high quality finish. I love it. It’s a shame I have to put things on it.

Nice quality desk and fairly good value for money. Grain do not supply printed assembly instructions so you'll need to view the video (almost impossible to see what's going on when viewed from an iPhone screen). A few of the embedded nuts in the table top were not inserted properly so the bolts were difficult to screw in. Pre sales communication was friendly and efficient. Wish they had a broader range of products. Would definitely recommend.

Had been looking for small side tables for a while, spotted these on Facebook and ordered them, very quick and easy process, came within the delivery time stated and were easy to assemble, kept up to date all the way, excellent product and service.

Wonderful product and so easy to assemble. To be balanced there was a delay in the product of a week or so and email communication could have been better across the 8 weeks. That said every time I raised a question to Issie in Customer service she responded so quickly, personally and rectified a minor delay.

We are so happy with our Highbeach extendable table and bench. We've a slightly awkward shaped dining area so it was really useful to be able to design a bespoke sized table to maximise space. The end product is really great quality and we're really impressed with the value for money. Brain's USP really has to be it's customer service though which was impeccable throughout. There was a slight delay to our order which was out of the company's control but Grain were completely transparent and apologetic about this. They even refunded my delivery fee without even a hint of a complaint which really demonstrates how customer focused the company are. I would highly recommend them.

Top points for design, quality of build and customer support. Replied promptly to all my messages. Hope you expand your range of products to include storage.

We bought the Birnam Stool (our second piece by Grain) for our daughter's bedroom and it is so beautifully designed and easy to put together. We use it as a bedside table for her night light and books as well as a seat. The manufacture and delivery time was slightly longer this time, but it was well worth the wait.

Lovely side tables!! We’re really pleased with them. They are exactly as we expected for the images online. I had some email exchange with the customer services manager regarding delivery and they’re respond was personal and sincere. We felt they were over and above what I would normally expect. Would definitely recommend and order from again!! Thank you!!

I love my Brenin table with a linoleum top, which is ideal for use in the kitchen. The table itself is very well made, looks great and easy to assemble.
My only caveat is that it took so long to arrive (this was clear when I ordered it). Ten weeks is a long time to wait and this is the only reason the table doesn't have five stars. I believe the order time has now shortened to 6 weeks.

I’m delighted with my Brenin dining table and bench. They are beautiful pieces of furniture, sleek and solid. For the most part assembly was straightforward and the videos are easy to follow. Customer service has been excellent throughout my dealings with Grain. I’m delighted with my table and bench and will definitely purchase from Grain again.

Their website makes it so easy to order the exact measurements and finish you require. Whilst they are making it, you are kept informed of its progress and they are always on hand to answer any queries. When it arrives, assembly is quick and easy and the finished product is stunning! We couldn’t be happier.
