I ordered a nest of two narrow side tables and they are easy to put together and beautifully made. So much so that I ordered two more! They do take quite a while to arrive but are very worth the wait. The shape means they sit alongside the arm of a sofa when not in use so are not susceptible to being knocked over by small children. And they look lovely. I am very happy.

The table is fantastic, beautiful quality and the "how to" video was easy to follow.

I ordered a Desk - its very stable and is an exact fit to the dimensions requested.

When delivered they had omitted 4 essential bolts. Human error.... Grain were happy to put in first class post. I pointed out that I was only a few miles away and one of the founders cycled the bolts over to me. Couldnt ask for more....

Well I’m a little late posting this as we’ve now had our lovely table and bench for 2 years! But I’m currently sitting on my kitchen floor playing with my toddler and marvelling at how great it still looks, despite having two small children eating, drinking, drawing, painting and play-doh-ing on it day in day out for all this time. My smallest drags his high chair against the legs and has tried many fork stabbings on the table top, and it still looks good as new. Very thankful that I came across Grain just over 2 years ago and their service, as well as their furniture, comes highly recommended.

Customer service is second to none. Drawn to Grain initially by the fact we could pick the sizes we needed for the space available in our dining room. The table and benches are just perfect for our needs and the quality of the workmanship is superb. From ordering to delivery the process was just perfect. Would recommend getting the samples as we initially were looking at the darker set but having checked the samples opted for high beach natural oak and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Grain for quality and service 11/10

I’ve had my table and desk for a few months now and love them both. They’re really good quality and look great in my flat. Best of all, you know who is making your furniture, how it’s being made and where the materials come from. I’d have no reservations about buying other products from Grain in future and would highly recommend their tables and desks.

Bought a Brenin desk. It looks great, was good value, arrived earlier than expected, and the team were a total joy to deal with. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Everything from start to finish was perfect. The colour samples not only give a great guide as to which colour to choose but also double up as coasters after you have decided on your colour. The ordering process was so easy and any questions that we had for them were answered promptly including providing help when choosing some chairs to go with it.

When the table arrived it had a small dent in the top where the courier company had clearly dumped something heavy on it showing little care. I got in contact with Grain and a day later Tom was at my house collecting it! He has just delivered me a new top today just over a week later. Couldn't have asked for a better service from the Grain team.

The product is beautifully crafted with every consideration given to the design, execution and sustainability. Nothing is too much for this company. Keep doing what you are doing!

My wife and I are delighted with our new solid wood coffee table. It has a simple aesthetic that we found hard to find elsewhere, other than in ‘mid-century’ antiques, which generally had too dark a finish for our liking. Tom helped us adapt the highbeech dining table to make us a solid wood coffee table. The bespoke approach allowed us to copy the dimensions of our trusty IKEA veneer coffee table that had served us well for twenty years. Although the cost of the coffee table came out not that much short of a dining table, because most of the expense is in the body rather than the legs, the resulting price was still very reasonable compared to what a solid wood coffee table would cost elsewhere, e.g. Heals.

My wife and I had a really good experience with Grain who kindly swapped our old table, which was faulty, for a brand new one. Tom made the great effort to come to our house and dismantle the faulty table and construct the new one really swiftly!
Tom's patience and understanding was second to none.
We love the new table - great quality and looks fantastic!

I am so exceptionally pleased with my Highbeach table and benches. They look beautiful, they were easy to assemble, they are solid as rock and look absolutely great. I couldn't have wished for anything more.

Very happy indeed with my nested tables that arrived today. Extremely good quality - and such a great wood smell on opening the box!! I spent a lot of time deciding on what I wanted for my dining table and bench. The colour coasters were really helpful and so was the company with all my queries. When I’d finally made a choice after living in my new home for a while and getting new furniture I was able to make a choice. I’m really happy with both pieces and expect them to last for years. I’ve had lots of positive comments. It’s great being able to store the bench under the table. Although not cheap the price is comparable to ready made that the looked at and so very competitively priced for being ‘made to measure’. The videos are clear in terms of assembly. I had a friend do it as I can’t get down and up from the floor with any ease. I am completely enamoured if my Grain furniture.

I love my Brenin dining table.
It was great to have it made to measure and therefore fits perfectly into my space.
I chose the slate grey colour which looks lovely.
It is easy to clean and to date has no marks on the surface.
It is used everyday for numerous activities.
I would highly recommend Grain.

I recently purchased a highbeach dining table which arrived securely packed in recycleable packaging.
The quality of the wood is outstanding and I never realised that flat pack furniture could look and feel so beautiful.
The design is simple, yet elegant and very easy to assemble.
The feel of the wood shows it has been made and finished with love and care (even the underside!)
I received a 5 * service from Grain from start to finish and can't wait to add more Grain furniture to my home.
