Gramix.io is NOT Safe — My Experience, and Why You Should Avoid Them
I’m posting this to warn others — not just for myself, but for anyone thinking of using Gramix.io to buy Telegram Stars with TON.
I paid for 400 Stars during a limited-time offer. The site promised fast delivery. But my Stars arrived hours late, and by then, the item was already gone. I got nothing for the money I spent.
I contacted Gramix for help — calmly, respectfully — and they:
Blamed Telegram for the delay
Refused a refund
Sent robotic ChatGPT-style responses
Ignored their own failed promise of fast delivery
And finally accused me of “blackmail” just for warning I’d go public
Their last insult? Telling me to “return the Stars” for a refund — knowing you can’t transfer Stars back once received. That’s just disrespectful and dishonest.
I used my mother’s money for this. They don’t care. They hide behind terms, ignore what went wrong, and treat real users like threats instead of customers.
This isn’t about TON. This isn’t about crypto. This is about basic fairness. If Gramix.io won’t take responsibility for failed transactions or late deliveries, then no one should trust them.
⚠️ Please protect yourself and others. Don’t use Gramix.io. They do NOT stand behind their service.

During the time of your purchase, fragment.com (Telegram’s official marketplace for Stars) experienced a technical disruption and delivery delays. This issue affected all platforms and services globally that rely on Fragment’s infrastructure — not just Gramix. Unfortunately, during that window, no provider was able to guarantee instant delivery, despite normal expectations.
Your Stars were eventually delivered as soon as Fragment restored normal operation. However, we fully understand that the delay meant you missed the limited-time opportunity you intended to use them for, and we acknowledge how disappointing that is.
Regarding refunds: Telegram Stars, once delivered, cannot be reversed or transferred back by any platform due to Telegram’s technical limitations. This is why refunds after successful delivery are not technically possible, regardless of intent. That said, we agree that our communication could have been clearer and more empathetic, and we are sorry if our responses felt impersonal or dismissive — that was not our intention.
We take responsibility for improving how we communicate during external outages and are already updating our status messaging to better inform users when Telegram or Fragment services are experiencing disruptions.
