Efficient process, good quality blind.

Scot was great and very helpful when he came to measure up; and Michael the fitter was excellent too. Very quick and efficient with a happy, smiling face...I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly all 3 blinds were fitted. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them.

Lady who came to measure up was very polite and efficient.
Lady who phoned to arrange fitting was pleasant.
Man who came to fit blinds was pleasant and courteous. I was very impressed that he put on overshoes before coming into my living room.
Blinds are perfect and wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Grampian Blinds and to recommend to others.

The day of fitting blinds and roller blinds , there was 1 young man doing the fitting, well mannered, quick tidy work, respectful of property.

It was around 2 weeks from my home visit to blind install.

Have used Grampian blinds on several occasions for every window in the house. Always excellent communication, always on time and they do a fantastic job. They are not cheap but worth the money in my opinion for the service.
