Currently trying to return an item
Currently trying to return an item - it arrived too late for the event I needed it for. This is NOT a UK company and they ask you to ship return back to China, at your own cost. I would never order from here again, I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. I am currently trying to get them to pay for the return due to the shipping delay, I will see how that pans out!
The offer of keeping the item and getting 10% refund is pointless, a whole £3.40 lol.
