The product came in about a month’s…
The product came in about a month’s time and it was the wrong product (cheaply printed one-sided cushion). I asked for a refund and they kept making unusual proposals. I just wanted my original £27 on my card but they first tried to give me a voucher worth 125% of that then when I asked them I just wanted my original money they then revised their proposal to either get a 150% voucher or if I wanted the original money they could only give 50% of it back. Having seen the low quality of their products I really don’t want a voucher to get more trash from them. I’m aware it’s way cheaper for them to give a higher value voucher than to give the original money back but getting a 100% refund upon dissatisfaction is the norm - I’m also happy to ship it back to China given they provide postage but it seems like they just want the money at all cost. Please avoid. Their products are Temu/Wish/Shein grade quality but at much premium prices. If you’re not too fussed about the quality of products then you might as well go with Temu or similar
