Poor quality mouse, faulty customer service
The mechanism on the mouse to fold it completely destroyed after very limited use. Attempts to use their online chat customer service all failed, system is faulty and AI is poor with no agents.

Exceptionally long TAT only known after confirming the order
There is no information about the delivery timeframe when placing an order on the website. However, immediately after payment is confirmed, you receive an email stating that:
Once the order has been completed, it cannot be cancelled or reverted.
If you selected the delivery option without tracking, the item may take up to 30 working days to arrive, with an average delivery time of 25 working days.
This is an exceptionally long turnaround time. In my case, the item will no longer be needed if it is delivered more than 15 working days after the order date. Therefore, this information should be provided before purchase so customers can make an informed decision.

Never buy here again
I ordered a sunglasses and they were for to big and totally not worth the money €65,-. I only could get the money back when I was sending it to China. And that would have cost me lot of money. So they offered me a deal: that I still payed the money and get a free card for 150% in their shop. But I didn’t see anything interesting. So they offered a deal that I got 50% back. I agreed for that since there was in there policy that free return was only possible when it was broken or not correct. When you look at the website at first sight you see that they promoting with free return. So it’s misleading.furthermore I I find it verry strange that you have to return a €65,- sunglasses to China, and it also looks like it is just worth €2,-. So I never will buy again at this website.

Purchased an item for my motorcycle
Purchased an item for my motorcycle. Tracking showed as arrival at UK airport and then next day it showed as processing order. I went on to Web chat and the agent said 5-8 days to process the order and 25 days for it to be delivered. I'm sorry but 5-8 days to process and order it's ridiculous.
I will order another one elsewhere and return this one when ever it arrives as they say order cannot be cancelled.
Another ridiculous statement.
Avoid buying from this crowd please.
