Scam
Scam broker where when you have profits they'll make up with false premises to cancel your withdrawal. They cancelled mine because my trades look alike other trader's one... in a copy trade account? Isn't it about that? Ridiculous. And by the way, their copy trade system flaws. Stay away.
Update: I think grand capital lies thoroughly. My withdrawal request was made on March 14th. I have to reset my OTP-binding because you changed the pairing. March 23rd was the second withdrawal request. No reply from your support e-mail besides telling me that I should contact my account manager. Who has not been able to tell me why you've cancel my withdrawal request since March.
Regarding to your claims:
1) I've only traded one account from my personal server and I provided my trades as a signal for my followers whom could copy them from the Telegram copier EA as you allow Expert advisors trading. The copier has the ability to copy the trade as they are, reverse or set it's own Take profit and SL.
2) Of course there are relatives among my followers, apparently you have not any issue with my international copiers even they have copied the reverse trades and the have losses. Only with the ones who got profit... suspicious.
3)If you don't want trading in both directions you should provide a netting account. Your Terms and Conditions don't specify that traders can not hedge positions in a so-called hedging account.
4) I have not any claim at Finacom, my followers have as I provide my signal at their own risk. A "regulator" who does not allow attach documents to the claim the told me. Very professional ...
5) I'm very precise in my terminology, you've canelled my withdrawal because other traders choose to trade in the oposite direction than mine. I have not say anything related to my deposit.
6) Even I've stoped to using my IB links when started to providing my signal on Telegram to avoid any conflict of interest but the fact is I've referred to your broker a dozen of traders outside the IB program... so yeah I appreciate your thanks.

We would like to narrow down the issue, as most complaints are the consequences of the single main fact, which is in the gist of your claim: the fact is that your account was suspended and put under investigation because our regional manager Y.Z. detected the simultaneous orders opened in the opposite directions - trading, which is considered illegal at all regulated brokers. Such trades were detected not once, but several times.
The investigation revealed that you (either alone or with a close relative) operated two different trading accounts and repeatedly executed the opening of opposite trading orders in the same trading instruments. The assumption that the second account was operated by your close relative is based on the fact that the owner of the second account had the same last name.
Your objection that the fact of opening orders in opposite directions is a mere coincidence cannot be accepted as true: again, we have recorded several cases, and in all of them the time difference between the orders was a few minutes. It can be a coincidence once, but not many times, and it cannot be explained by your argument that "other traders choose to trade in the opposite direction to me", unless they are connected to you or located by you.
This is in sharp contradiction with the terms and conditions of using the trading services of the broker Grand Capital.
And we would like to ask you to be precise in your terminology: we did not prevent the withdrawal of your deposit, which was successfully refunded to you, but we blocked the profits you obtained by fraud - in strict accordance with the Terms and Conditions for using the trading services of the broker Grand Capital.
