Excellent service

Contacted company yesterday, engineer sent today. Chris (lovely lad) diagnosed problem with my Sky dish straight away. Fixed problem and tested reception signal. I am elderly and disabled and rely on my television to watch the programmes I want to watch. Very satisfied with the outcome including a 10% discount as a pensioner, which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend 😊

Texted ..to ask if I wanted appointment day early..turned out to be better as it was..they kept me in the loop ..gave me quote.and I went ahead ..engineer was polite friendly..did the job in no time..great stuff would recommend..

Did a reasonable job at an ok price

Did a reasonable job at an ok price. But took a split off from present cable as he couldn't be bothered to put a new cable from aerial in roof as a slightly tight space to reach cable. Works ok though so I guess its ok. Was rather grumpy about replacing old socket as we asked, as all new decor in the room, wanted a new socket, Not that unreasonable. All in all fine.

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company. Claim on website to be local but engineer was 1hr away. Under pressure reduced price to a third. Engineer tried hard but left both TVs, which had worked, not working. Their receipt said no guarantee and company telephone not answered. Fortunately the engineer had used his own phone so I rang him for help and ha came to partially solve problem. The company uses 3 names which is suspicious.

We had excellent service

We had excellent service. From the word go we were kept in the loop with arrival times etc. The engineer was very pleasant. The price was acceptable All round a very good service.

Satellite Dish issue
