Absolutely first class service

I called Grand Digital around mid-day and they
arranged for an engineer to call before 5 o-clock.
They phoned me an hour before the engineers visit, to advise the name of the engineer and the expected time of his arrival.
The engineer was first class, quickly finding the problem and putting it right.

Amazing experience

Amazing experience. Got hold of this company yesturday and they came the next day, kane the engineer was a really nice guy, he gave me the quote and done the work there and then. Very happy, would recommend this company to anyone.

Very quick reaction to initial enquiry

Very quick reaction to initial enquiry. Engineer arrived within 2hours of initial call.
Investigated fault well to determine wether a replacement aerial was required, once established and price with company agreed, the new aerial was fitted very expeditiously.

Only Cables out

Cables in loft had been pulled out. Only needed putting back in.
So no purchase required. Did want to sell me a new Arial.
Wanted to charge me silly money.
As pensioner just got charged call out fee only.
I should think so too.

The service was excellent. Jamie was here in less than an hour. He spotted what was wrong straight away. Fixed it in minutes. Lovely guy. Will definitely use them again.
