Good online communication and appointment booked. However, no-one came. No phone or email explanation. I emailed to complain and was told "support team" would contact me. Still waiting ...

GREAT JOB

Darren was polite and professional, he carried out his tests and discovered and resolved the issue. The repair did not require and new components which please me as it saved me money.

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy online booking, kept in touch when engineer couldn’t find address and also after engineer quoted a price, called to ask if was happy to go ahead. Engineer (Ryan) was polite, respectful, helpful, knowledgeable and sorted the issue. Would highly recommended

Excellent service

Excellent service. Attended within 2 hours of enquiry and completed the repair to a cut external co-ax cable (cut in 2 places). Shaun went above and beyond and checked Inputs before altering configuration of 2 aerials to ensure a stronger signal than we had before. Finally re-tuned the tv and found an extra 90 or so channels we couldn’t get before. Prompt, friendly and professional. Many thanks Shaun.

Rapid call back after initial enquiry

Rapid call back after initial enquiry. Visited the site when they promised to. Issued a reasonable quote for the work, which was accepted and the work carried out immediately. Gary was a very pleasant chap.
