All this means we can get our furniture and fabulous sofas into people’s homes as quickly and cost-effectively as possible!

Placed order May 27th with estimated…

Placed order May 27th with estimated delivery of 6-8 weeks. By mid July did not receive any communication so chased and was promised it would be another couple of weeks. In August chased 3 more times, still no product. Finally was told item is stuck with courier and will be delivered after August bank holiday. No item arrived. Chased 3 more times, seller not responsive to single message or voicemail. Don’t believe this is a genuine business. Case raised with PayPal.

The chairs are amazing...Customer…

The chairs are amazing...Customer service was great, I ordered 4 of the velvet tulip dining chairs I was unsure about the size needed and emailed, I got a response straight away and went ahead to order. They came within 4 days and look amazing around my dining table. :)

LOVE THE MIRROR!

Ordered the RE44 mirror, the delivery was quick and the customer service was amazing Grandeur Homes was very quick to respond and made sure all my questions were answered!
