If I could give this a zero score then…
If I could give this a zero score then I would do so. The App is beyond useless and simply does not work right. The on-boarding process is too complicated and confussing to say the least. Myself and some colleagues have been trying to finish the on-boarding for over 8 weeks without success. If I had my way I'd have my employer pay into another fund. Come on Grandhood, this is Denmark, everything works here apart from your on-boarding! I very rarely make or use these type of sites but I feel others should know how poor it is!

I hurts very deeply to hear about your experience with us. That is simply not what we wish to be, or represent.
2024 has been tuff for us/our tech. We rely on information from API's that simply haven't been working as they should, and your onboarding proces is a product of that.
The issues been resolved since your review, and I can also tell that you did actually end up getting trough the onboarding, and your colleagues as well.
Again, I'm really sorry and feel personally responsible. That's a good thing, since that motivates a fair amount extra for change.
98% of the end-points are now working as they should and I know that's a poor comfort for your experience but perhaps a small comfort none the less.
Again, I'm truly sorry - This hurts more than you can imagine.
Like something along the lines of telling your parents about your first bad grade in school.
