Very good and clean but turned the gas off at mains and failed to switch the gas boiler and Agar back on.

I live everything about using your company from someone friendly when I phone to make the appointment to someone friendly in my home making my log burner safe to use again for another year. I enjoyed the new piece of kit that looks up the chimney and checks the liner that was very impressive, and now I have a lovely clean and shiny log burner on my hearth until I use it again.

The service engineer came on time,
He took off his shoes when came in,
Service the gas fire, Clean up after,
And the Service engineer very perlite,

All is well with the world after a service from Grandisson, carried out with the usual professional care.

I was not at home due to a confusion with the name being shortened to Grandson and I knew I had just sent off a card and insert so ignored it. He phoned to say he was outside my door and as I was not too far away he did not have long to wait. The job was done quickly and so he was able to leave having had a cup of tea.

Grandisson provide consistently good service. They have been servicing my gas fire annually since its installation about 25 years ago.
They are excellent communicators, business like combined with cheerfulness.
I am always provided with dates times and costs so I know what to expect. Communication is their strong suit, I cannot fault them.
