Not sure if anyone else notices but if you play games on one device then play on another, none of your progress is the same which means the history of your participation starts again. I have tried to get help through the online service through the app, and all I get is Change your password now. They are ripping people off by doing this. Claims promotional abuse to avoid paying out bonus money
When I make a deposit with a bonus there is always a issue. Once my deposit has been lost on playing their slots, I try to access my loyalty points (bonus). Every time they suspend my account and advise that I can access the bonus if I deposit again citing "promotional abuse".
