Having a horrible experience with mondial casino. Been with this site for almost 15 years and all of a sudden im getting suspended on my vip points. Its been almost a month and im still suspended. Live agent is useless, with all their answers. It used to be one of my favorite site till this started to happen. Never a issue when I deposit funds it benefits them. Talking to customer service is like talking to a wall!
