I ordered an item for about $100 from New Mexico in early December. The website has a 'contact us' section, which I used to ask why I hadn't received the item, but no response, repeatedly after a couple weeks. Tracking into seemed disfunctional. In the meantime, I ordered the same item on Amazon and it came in a few days. Then, the item from GrandOakTree came, too late, and it was the wrong color. When I asked them for a return address, it was is in Estonia! I went to return it and found it cost over $60 to ship to Estonia via USPS and about $140 on UPS. They do not provide shipping labels. So, I will need to pay $60 to $140 to return a $100 item!! Absurd!! Buyer beware!!

I would leave zero stars, if it were possible. This company ships via the Netherlands from an unknown source. Regardless, any shipping will not be tracked (they have a dummy tracking service in place to mislead customers.) If you attempt to speak to them, they will be obstinate and arrogant. my package (on an item that was in excess of a hundred dollars WITH costly priority shipping) has not arrived after 22 days and personal correspondence hasn't even yielded a shipping refund (it's been flatly denied) and there has been no clarity regarding the location of the purchase (if the purchase even exists to begin with.) ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I'd have happily paid significantly more to purchase from an honorable seller. These people are thieves and frauds. DO NOT buy from them and save yourself an expensive headache.
