Contacted Grand to look to purchase various machines. I have been dealing with Fiona, who has gone out of her way to help and guide me to choose the best options for what we are looking to do. Great advice on machines and what she doesn't know, she finds out immediately and gets back in touch. The website itself is easy to use. I cannot speak about the machines just now as they are still being customised but once received and in use i will update my feedback. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
