Reliable company

Everything I needed they provide me with. Every question I asked they answered it. I'm so thankful with their branches that I started recommending them as soon as they solve my first problem with inquiries. Very reliable.

These guys are a total scam biggest…

These guys are a total scam biggest waste of money. They apparently operate under several different DBA’s like corporate cash credit. They will take your money and not deliver as promised. They will tell you it’s your corporation that was not filed properly and not have to do anything else moving forward. They will not call back but they apppear to have an attorney on payroll that will try and scare you into going away instead of refunding you your money or actually fixing the problem. This is why they have a current F rating with the BBB.
7/6/18 response. Just because you put it into writing does not make it so. I spoke with no one who could speak english well or could actually tell me what was going on. Then after months of no resolution I decided to file a complaint with the better business bureau as well as the department of corporations in your area. There has to be other people you have done this too. I will be posting all of the contact information shortly for who they can contact to file their own complaints against all of your companies!
7/7/18 update
Please reach out to the department of consumer protection if you have been taken advantage of by grand Teton (un) professionals or corporate cash credit. They would like to have a record of all of their dealings to be able to move forward with a civil action. Below you will find a contact person that can assist with getting your information. I have also included a contact with the BBB who can also assist with your complaint if you have been wronged by either one of these two companies.

Dear Mr. De La Hoya,

Our team has continuously showed every effort possible to find a resolution on your file however, every single attempt we have made has been faced with a lack of a response, and disparagement violating sections 12 and 15 of the Corporate Cash Credit Terms of Use that you agreed to when signing on with our company.

Below you will find the timeline of events that have occurred to-date with your file. While we are still willing to work with you on resolving these matters it is crucial that you work with our team, and follow the directions provided to you by our team members in order to achieve the 80 Paydex score that you are aiming to obtain with the help of our company.

Timeline

10-25-17: Mr. De La Hoya engages with Corporate Cash Credit and signs up to become a client. This includes affirmative acceptance of all stated Terms of Use (TOU). Upon being advised by Aaron (client team member) on how to begin proceeding, Mr. De La Hoya establishes accounts with Unline, Grainger and Quill to begin establishment of business accounts.

1-16-18: My client initiated a telephone conversation with Mr. De La Hoya and confirmed with him that three (3) “orders” had been placed with Quill and eight (8) “orders” had been placed with Grainger. Aaron attempted to set Mr. De La Hoya up with additional vendors to assist in the process of building a corporate foundation to obtain credit and funding.

1-18-18: Mr. De La Hoya’s file is noted by Aaron that he was unable to obtain other vendors that could provide thirty (30) day terms other than Quill or Grainger.

2-6-18: Without any further communication or explanation, Mr. De La Hoya filed his initial complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

2-7 through 2-9-18: Numerous calls are placed to Mr. De La Hoya to discuss his complaints, each with a voicemail left for his attention. His account is escalated and provided to a specialist (team member Misty Burrell) for attention. Mr. De La Hoya fails to answer or respond to any attempts to contact him during this time period.

2-13-18: Another attempt is made to discuss the matter with Mr. De La Hoya and, again, he does not answer or return the voicemail.

2-21-18: Misty and Aaron once again attempt to contact Mr. De La Hoya with the result of two voicemail messages being left without any response.

2-21-18: Mr. De La Hoya’s bank contacted my client to advise that his Dun & Bradstreet was labeled “high risk” due to the following factors: Maintenance of virtual office, wireless telephone number not connected with any business, Steven De La Hoya listed as the only principal party for the business that connected back to a prior business that he registered. My client had previously advised Mr. De La Hoya that these three issues needed to be addressed, otherwise his case would not move forward.

2-21-18: My client filed a response to Mr. De La Hoya’s BBB complaint addressing the contentions and affirmatively providing him with continued opportunities to work towards a successful outcome. My client’s response to the letter with the BBB directly responded to Mr. De La Hoya’s assertions and further advised Mr. De La Hoya once again of the information that he had to change in order for work on his file to progress.

2-22-18: Mr. De La Hoya summarily rejected my client’s response and the solutions that were once again reiterated to him.

3-6-18: An internal audit was conducted to determine the status of Mr. De La Hoya’s file and the continuing issues with any further work were identified once again an attempt was made to once again convey them to Mr. De La Hoya; however once again he failed to answer the telephone can another voicemail was left for him.

3-6-18: My client had a discussion with Mr. De La Hoya regarding the status of his account and the lack of ability for it to move forward given his failure to act according to instructions. My client additionally responded to Mr. De La Hoya directly on the BBB website advising him once again of a willingness to move his file forward with the proviso that he had to make certain changes to his DNB file that he had failed to take steps to change.

3-13-18: My client once again called Mr. De La Hoya to discuss his account in an effort to satisfy him and continue to work to gain the results he sought. Once again, he did not answer and another voicemail was left.

3-14-18: Without explanation, Mr. De La Hoya rejected the response to the BBB complaint from my client.

3-15 and 3-16-18: Attempts were made to speak with Mr. De La Hoya once again without any success; voicemail messages were left without response.

3-16-18: My client provided a response to Mr. De La Hoya through the BBB advising him of the numerous attempts made to speak with him and the need for him to adhere to the advice provided on numerous occasions with respect to what steps he needed to take to move his file forward. Mr. De La Hoya immediately rejected this attempt once again by asserting that my client was lying.

3-27-18: Mr. De La Hoya was contacted and spoke with my client, who reviewed the status of his file and, once again, provided explicit instructions to Mr. De La Hoya with respect to the issues he had to address on his file. Mr. De La Hoya summarily rejected the instructions and my client’s efforts to work with him.

4-4-18: Mr. De La Hoya initiated another complaint despite the continued efforts by my client to work with him. This was, again, met with another attempt to reach out to Mr. De La Hoya to work with him on his file with no response.

6/29/18: Mr. De La Hoya initiated another complaint despite the continued efforts by our team to assist him. This is our response to this latest complaint.

Our team is still working to assist you to date and we are here to help you achieve your desired goals in obtaining an 80 Paydex score. However, as previously stated many times before, this begins by following the outline of guided steps that we have provided you with that is limiting our ability to further continue the process on our own. The process is only successful if you opt to work with us and, therefore, ask that you please reach out to Aaron and our Corporate Cash Credit team at 203-528-0587 with the updated business address, phone number, and additional principal parties that you have opted to add to your business as the information is not only labeling you as high risk in the DNB system but it is also attached to a previously registered company that appears to have outstanding debts that have not been satisfied or cleared.

Fact - You will be Disappointing if you hire them

This company does not do the Work PERIOD. Trust me on this, do not be fooled by what the Sales Reps tell you on the phone. The Owner HAMMERS them to just sell more, ignore the customer complaints and Guarantee Results. The Sales People are threatened they will be fired if they don't sell. The Owner tells everyone the company is great and does the work but the reality they are Horrible at fixing credit, getting people funding and the Trade Lines are a RIP OFF, that stopped working in 2009. Do not let the sales reps try to sell you on "DONT LISTEN TO THOSE REVIEWS" - it's a pitch to take your money. You will not get what you paid for.

Hi Julian,

While we've been working with you for quite some time, I was just made aware that your file has been successfully completed and all of your negative items have been removed. Congratulations! I'm sure that is some exciting news for you.

As you were made aware throughout the process of us working on your file, some items are harder to remove than others, and some items don't always come off right away. While our team experienced some of that with your file we still successfully removed all of your negatives and are happy that we were able to do that for you.

If there's anything that our team can further assist you with now or in the future we would love to have the opportunity to do so, and want to thank you again for your business.

Best Regards,

Misty
