The grand in diberville says they no longer take cash and made me buy a card but no one could tell you how much you had left on the card you had to go back to the machine to find out, the machine was a piece of crap.
1) will not take cash
2) have to use machine to find out the remainder on card(s)
3) manager could careless
4) employees could careless

Recently purchased tickets for a show…

Recently purchased tickets for a show later in 2025 unaware that my wife had already purchased tickets for the same show as birthday surprise - when I contacted the theatre to explain our issue and ask if it were possible to move our booking to another show I was told no – despite the fact I had taken out insurance on the ticket should there be any issue preventing us from seeing the show I also enquired about the possibility of a credit note or a refund and eventually was put through to their customer services however I was told there was nothing they could do despite the booking being 10 months away – I think this is shocking as we have been going to Wolverhampton grand for many years and when I have asked for a little flexibility I have been shown no consideration and will now be losing the cost of two theatre tickets which weren’t cheep
