GORGEOUS TILES
after browsing the internet for copper coloured tiles we finally landed on the GRANDTILES website who had a few selections in copper and the ones we finally selected looked stunning even our professional tiler was impressed. After having a look around the website we came across the blue glitter tiles and we just had to have them for a bathroom border they looked fabulous and when both tiles arrived they looked even better than in the pictures really pleased we found GRANDTILES website, and delivery was really fast couldn't be happier with our choices.

Very nice tiles but the packaging was…
Very nice tiles but the packaging was not very good. All the corners of the packaging exposed the tiles on delivery . Fortunately none were damaged but more luck than judgement. Protecting the corners of the tiles with some sort of sleeve should be considered .

Easy site to navigate

Poor service
I ordered and paid for tiles I had already bought a sample of. A few days later I get an email from Evri to say my delivery had been dispatched. Later in the day I receive an email from yourselves that there was a system error and there wasn’t enough stock and I would get a refund. No delivery and no refund and only when I emailed in 7 days later did the refund come through. This has now caused a set back on my renovations and having to find new tiles.
