These tiles shatter easily
The tiles are beautiful with fast delivery. The problem is when you have to cut out sockets they shatter. Customer services helpful and with advice given they still shattered.
Have taken them to 2 different glaziers who with specialist tools were unable to cut the tiles.
Ended up having to order more, pay our original tiler and 2 glaziers. Not cost effective.
Website description should say not suitable for feature walls as unable to cut around sockets.
