The piece I acquired, I also asked them to refurbish the case, which they did an excellent job ....10 out of 10 and I am very pedantic.

Brilliant professional service from Len. I initially just bought an Everest strap for my GMT, I then purchased a mint Submariner from him the next day. Len came through to my home on both days which made it such a stress-free process for me.

Brilliant service from Grand Timepiece. I was after a Tissot watch that I couldn't find anywhere new but I found it on GTP's website and I called for availability on the Wednesday, the Thursday Leonard met me at my place of work with no obligation to buy. I bought the watch there and then, the condition the watch was in was immaculate. Really happy with my purchase and the excellent customer service from Leonard.

It was a pleasure dealing with Leonard and his team at Grand Timepiece from initial enquiry through to delivery of the watch. They were attentive and concerned that the watch was couriered and delivered well. As it happens the watch arrived well but was losing a bit more time than expected. The mark of great service is how these unexpected sorts of things are dealt with. The watch was returned, regulated and sent back very quickly and is now running beautifully. I have bought and sold many watches over the years and know that Leonard and I will definitely be doing more trades together in the future.
