I had a photograph in Anstruther, Fife, of my wife and I taken whilst on holiday in Scotland a few years ago and Grange Print did an excellent job of reproducing it on canvas for me as a present for my wife's birthday and for her surviving Coronavirus when she had been very very close to death. I can't praise Grange Print highly enough. Great job guys.

Great customer service
I was really pleased with my canvas. I did have to wait longer than normal but understandable in the circumstances at the moment, and not any fault of yours but then Hermes the delivery company lost my parcel on route but you sorted the situation out very promptly thank you.
I have to say the customer communication has been fantastic particularly with Ashton and therefore I would buy again from you. Thank you.

Poor service.
I am trying to be understanding due to the situation. However I made my order at the beginning of May and still not received. I can not get in touch to find out what is going on.
If they knew they were having these problems why continue to take orders?
Will not be using them again.
Ordered with another company and received within a week.

I would highly recommend Grange print considering the shortage of staff due to the Covid-19. The customer service was fantastic and very professional and the quality of print was excellent too.

I never leave a bad review but I’m disappointed how my orders have been dealt. I made 2 separate orders, one on 26/04 and one on 30/04. The first order I made was meant to be a Father’s Day gift, therefore I made an early order for it to come on time/ giving plenty of time ready for Father’s Day. However after conversing with customer service via email can’t tell me anything about my order being despatched and seems like I won’t be getting my order anytime soon. I understand the current situation but if there aren’t staff available why are you still taking orders? There’s advertisement for Father’s Day gifts on the website, however it seems people won’t be getting those orders for Father’s Day. I’ve asked for refunds. Utterly disappointed with the service i have paid for and customer service will not help. Won’t shop here again.

I ordered a print through Groupon
I ordered a print through Groupon, got the voucher 30/03/20, and ordered from Grangeprint, on 01/04/20 it was all ready for printing etc.
On 22/05/20 I sent a reminder, considering the current terrible situation, I gave a bit of extra time, part of that reply on 25/05/20 was: 'We cannot give you a specific time it will go out.'
So after 2 months, that was the reply, trump that, I wish hadn't bothered in the first place, I have got other priorities.

Recieved my order yesterday yes it's taken a month since ordering but with whats going on at the minute I expected a delay, all these people moaning about it taking so long what else did u expect I think they have done and are doing all they can a canvas is not exactly an essential is it, at least your order will arrive in good quality just cant please some people! Well I'm so pleased with my order well worth the wait brilliant quality thankyou! 🙂

Don’t bother.. you’ll be waiting!
I ordered on the 24th of April and the frame was processed a few days later. I am still waiting for it to arrive, I paid lots of money for a large print and I know times have been hard recently hence ordering it in plenty of time but this is ridiculous! It was a birthday gift and I am still waiting despite the 50th birthday being ruined! I have emailed for an update through their website contact but not had a reply from that either. So currently in limbo!

Good quality, slow production.
I have decided to edit my original review after receiving my prints and canvases today. I originally gave the company one star as I placed my order on the 24th April and had still not received my items one month later. After many email conversations this week with the company and my one star review, I received my order today and I have to say I am impressed with the quality of the products so have decided to change my review to 3 stars which is a shame as it would have been 5 would the production time been less or the communication been better. I understand that times are difficult at the moment but if you are unable to produce your products within a timely manner then put new orders on hold until you are able to catch up. Even explaining at the point of purchase that orders will be at least a month at the moment and not just “longer than expected” as per your website would then give customers accurate expectations.
In summary because of the quality I would order again but I would now know not to order the product for a special occasion incase of delays.

If I could give them zero I would.
I order at the end of about the 23rd of March. Today I have just had notification that my canvas has been shipped.
I have ordered other bespoke goods which have arrived in good time.
8 weeks for a canvas which weeks ago they told me was printed. It was the framing that was the delay. I am not sure how long it takes to staple canvas to wood. But 8 weeks is completely unacceptable.
They think because they have emailed to say there was a delay that 8 weeks is acceptable. This was a gift for my mother’s birthday on the 8th of April. She is classed as vulnerable she hasn’t seen her grandchildren now since the start of March. The canvas was of all of us to let her know we love her.
Lockdown will be over before the canvas arrives.

Had a few things from there ranging from BIG canvases to small canvases and fridge magnets, haven’t received the magnets yet so can’t comment on those but the canvases have all been stunning can’t recommend them enough Honestly the quality has been astounding and the cost of the products aren’t to bad either considering the time that goes into making them and the high quality product you receive! Definitely would recommend!

Such a BRILLIANT job

The company kept me well informed throughout the whole process from start to finish, even though they went on skeleton staffing levels because of COVID- 19.
