Semi-existent customer service

UPDATE: a sales and customer services manager called me personally, rectified the issue and apologised. All in all, ok customer service, but the issue below still happened (and it wasn't the first 25 minutes of waiting and the ln unable to finish what we were calling for) Poor. It happens too frequently that after waiting in the videocall for 20-25 minutes, the agent comes on and we can't hear. He asks if we can, we say we cant (while listening to the shitty music was perfectly audible for 25 minutes) the DISCONNECTS. Crap, cheap, sooooo Hungarian!

Do not open a corporate account with Gránit Bank

Do not consider opening a corporate account with Gránit bank.

3 months in and I still don't have access to the mobile app. Neither have they registered the account with NAV, who is now asking for proof that I have a Hungarian bank account - which I have been asking Gránit Bank to provide FOR 3 WEEKS, but still nothing.

Sitting on the phone for 1h+ just to get a customer support that clearly does not care about anything but kicking you off the line again.

Again, find another bank. Do not get tricked with their digital first approach - it does not work.

I wouldn't give it a single star!

I wouldn't give it a single star!
I opened an account with them, using a Romanian phone number.
It is impossible for them to send me the initial password to that number, even I got the first SMS.
I tried quite a few times to get in touch, to sort this issue.
One of their reps admitted that they currently have problems with such SMSs.
After a quite long process of video-call, they tried to change my RO phone number, to no avail. No way to get a SMS!
The only chance to get such SMS would be that I have to go to Hungary, in a mobile shop, to get a Hungarian SIM!
I finally asked the rep to close my account, as I am not able to use it!
Surprise...
Closing my account needs to be done with a confirmation SMS!
So... I have a brand new account, I have no access into it, and I am not able to close it...
Whoever is in charge there, please ask me about my horrible experience!
This is the worst experience ever!
Steer clear!
Update:
I tried again, having a third RO number, but no chance, as their operators are dropping the call as soon as they learn what my issue is!

Rogue, Dishonest Bank

You should never try to take a home loan from them. They have the most unreasonable expectations from the borrower. They would refuse your documents, if you signed them electronically and not with a blue pen. They will lie. I am about to take legal action against them for charging me for something that they never delivered.

The worst experience I have ever had…

The worst experience I have ever had with a bank. I forgot my netbank pw, and I am living abroad. I cannot change my pw online, I have to call them, but they DEMAND, that I call from my HUNGARIAN number, even though I am abroad, and their calls take forever for nothing, as they are asking for a verification that you cannot give them without having access to your netbank. So I use videobank, where they can verify me. So I call, I give them all my ID's (you are forbidden to record the conversation), the call is "only" 40 minutes, and I wait for them to finally give me my new password. (They ignored 4 emails, they answered the first one, telling me to call them). I am not going to communicate with any bank in an unrecorded form that cannot be traced back. They don't give me my new password, since my Hungarian number changed, so they need one day to record the changes (weekend is coming), so I have to call them AGAIN, and do the same 40 minute verification process AGAIN, and then I can take my new password. So between first email and their answer about one week passed, then they didn't answer for a whole month. Then I wrote two other emails, they answered, but the information was different from what they gave in the video bank. Nah, finally I calmed down after this whole torture, then they send me a text message, DEMANDING to call them back URGENTLY, although I told them absolutely loud and clear that I won't call them from a foreign country on my HUNGARIAN number for them to not do anything just keep me hanging on the line for half an hour, because they cannot verify me. Second, how anyone can use the word URGENTLY with a client. This is actual harassment. Indecent, designed to torture the client. I will terminate my contract with them as soon as I am back in my country, and probably report it all to the PSZAF. It takes over a month to reset a passwordd, just because I am living abroad, and I cannot call from a Hungarian number. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS, totally ignores any and all customer needs, their system is built to serve their comfort. They are not serving you, you are serving them. Never felt so humiliated and outraged after receiving "service" from a "service provider". I am totally flabbergasted over how they think it's ok at any level.

they have a platinum card with…

they have a platinum card with worldwide fast track service pass and prioritypass.com service, but they airports are messing with this policy, unfortunately. this bank had the first full videobanking solution, so this is why many expats opened at them a bankaccount. they offer devise accounts too. they should expand to other big hungarian cities and even to abroad. they worth the money and attention.
