Richard was the guy who fitted our worktops and he done a superb job. He arrived at 9.30am and worked continuously to 7.30pm without even stopping for a break until the worktops were finished! He took 3 drawer fronts away to take a few millimeters off and make them fit properly, and returned the next morning and fitted them. He is meticulous in his attention to detail. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard. We are very happy with the finished look of the worktops.

We had a quartz overlay worktop fitted along with a new undermount stainless steel sink and taps, and a hob.

The first time Richard came to our house, we sensed he knew his job inside out. Everything was explained clearly and nothing felt rushed. The advice throughout was really helpful, especially when deciding on the sink, tap and layout. He left us with a clear plan and, honestly, we never even considered getting another quote elsewhere — and we are so glad we didn’t.

The quality of the worktop and installation is superb and the kitchen now looks fresh and contemporary — even better than I envisaged.
We would more than happily recommend Richard. He even fixed a few kitchen door hinges to complete the job properly, which summed him up perfectly. He definitely takes pride in his work.

Put off getting new worktops for years because of the cost. Discovered Richard in Banbridge for worktop overlay at a percentage of the cost. Richard gave me a no obligation quote and within one week he had made and fitted my new worktops! It totally transformed my kitchen and I could not be happier. Richard is a perfectionist. All work was completed speedily, cleanly and efficently. I highly recommend him.

I recently contacted Trend Transformations with a problem I had with an existing bar top in our home bar. They quickly got in touch with me and Richard called to our home to access the situation. He showed me the choices of coverings I could have and helped me make the right choice. We couldn't be happier with the results. The work was carried out professionally and quickly and the workmanship was excellent. Richard is a pleasant conscience tradesman. He left the place clean and tidy and to be honest no mess was made. I wish I'd have gotten this from the start. I only wish I could add the photographs of the finished job as a description doesn't do it justice. Richard from the Banbridge Showroom just finished fitting our beautiful new worktop overlays. Richard is professional, easy to work with and we had great communication throughout. It was so helpful to have Richard come to our home and show us samples. The whole experience was relaxed, Richard measured up and given us a price during the visit, there was no pressure on us to commit right away. We are very happy that we chose to go with Richard. The attention to detail, pride in the work and finish was all excellent.

I wrote a 5star review 4 days ago about this company whilst the Banbridge rep who carried out the work stood in my kitchen finalising his bill of costs on his phone. When the review was completed he gave me his bill. In doing so, he then failed to honour the agreed cost of the works that were done. On top of this he then added further costs of goods purchased for the project which he had told me would be significantly less, but also failed to produce any additional invoices or paperwork associated with the additional costs. Stupidly, he was paid, but the next day I again asked for proof of costs and invoices but he has now blocked my calls. The project has cost several hundreds more than quoted, with no additional work being carried out. There is a serious lack of honesty, integrity and transparency in how he carries out the business (this is purely a reflection of the Co Down branch). I have taken 4 days to amend my review to ensure it is not a knee jerk reaction to being ripped off. Such a shame, given that the workmanship was excellent but please be aware if using this business in the future. Clearly I would not recommend him.

From start to finish, the experience has been excellent, professional and was completed on time to Richard’s very high standards.
