Better training required
The woman who did the home visit knew nothing about the product we had chosen and tried to convince us it was not part of the Granite Transformations range although it was pictured on the website. She didn’t have a sample to show us and said we would have to drive an hour and a half to the showroom to see one. Luckily I had used the company twice before and knew it was a good product so we persevered with the purchase despite her inefficiency.

Feels like a new kitchen!
So pleased with my new Worktops and splashbacks. This has transformed my kitchen and utility with minimum disruption. I also had a new dishwasher, hob, hood, undermounted sink and new tap fitted. All carried out as part of the order. The team of people in Bristol and Cheltenham were great to work with, Matt the Surveyor very helpful on his visit. Les the fitter did a great job, was very professional and tidy. I would recommend this company, everything was very easy and l am so pleased with the finished look!

I was not actually looking for new…
I was not actually looking for new worktops however on visiting Cadbury Garden Centre I was very impressed by the showroom display. The female assistant was incredible helpful and arranged a free consultation with Matthew to be carried out within a few days. The overall service from Les was excellent everything was left clean and tidy on the day of installation and I would highly recommend this company.

This is the second installation I have…
This is the second installation I have had from Granite transformation. The first, 10 years ago, inspired me to re-employ this company for my next installation when remodelling my kitchen. Ok. Not cheap but the service from quote, through to the template and fitting was faultless.
A special mention to the fitter, Danny from Bristol.
He was a polite,clean, and tidy worker who exp!ained everything he was going to do. No item was too small.
Well done all. Very happy!!!

Super happy with the end results
The entire sale and installation went well. Particularly impressed by the fitter, Les, who not only worked hard, but worked to high standards throughout. Work was completed within a day - started before 8 and finished early afternoon. A clean installation with no mess. The final finish is excellent.
