The system of home visits in three parts worked so well for us. The initial first assessment, then the worktop template calculation followed up by the last visit when fitting the granite tops.
The staff were pleasant, skilled and listened to our comments about what we needed in terms of colour effect. The samples of worktop types helped make the decision of what granite colour was best for our kitchen by slotting them over our existing worktops. A brilliant service. Very good quality polished granite materials provided for the worktops! Well done Granite Transformations. It was an expensive outlay but has definitely changed the kitchen appearance and made it easier to keep the worktops clean and attractive.
It would be helpful if Granite Transformations could leave a small complimentary cleaning fluid in a bottle for customers to use with instructions and where to buy more from in the future.

The actual job was very good but the experience was spoiled by a protracted plumbing problem (leaky water pipes) which was eventually resolved after several weeks involving three trips by the plumber.

Kitchen transformation
We decided to have GT resurface our black quartz kitchen worktops and black tiles behind our AGA. Although the original worktops were good quality and probably cost a lot when they were put in by previous owners, we didn’t like the colour and they sucked a lot of light out of the room. The whole process went smoothly from choosing the new material and colour, a visit to take measurements and finally fitting, which took the best part of a day. We’re very happy with the result - the kitchen looks more modern and so much lighter. You would never know they are overlays rather than completely new worktops. It wasn’t cheap to do but it was definitely worth it and less disruptive than ripping out the original worktops.
