The owner Gavin extremely professional and helped enormously to fine tune kitchen design. Quality of kitchen unit and lovely granite worktops. Kamil fitted everything with great care and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend to anyone looking for new kitchen or worktops.

Kitchen looks lovely. Fitter polite and quick. Only problem was the top plinths I wanted and assumed I was getting weren’t available. The ones shown everywhere in the brochure on the pages I ticked as a finished look. The ones I had which came later are just ok but disappointing. I would recommend you as I like the service, but I would add a rider make sure you cover all aspects and not just assume the look you wanted is the one you I’ll get.

I did not want to pay out for new kitchen so thought let’s get new worktop and doors . Salesman Steve came along we opted for granite top , doors and new sides plinths and kickboards , hob and ceramic sink and taps . Measuring up guys were a pleasure and fitters excellent clean and professional . The kitchen looks new for half the price . Better than I imagined so go for it if in doubt , also much much quicker to fit .

This is the second time we have used Trend transformations, firstly to have the work tops changed and now for the kitchen door replacements and units reconfigured. Billy was our fitter and he did an excellent job. Kitchen looks great. Billy was very professional, courteous and worked hard.

After a rather long wait for the granite kitchen worktop that we ordered, - we didn't realise the material comes from USA - everything ended well. Dan, the fitter did an excellent job. Beautiful finish in complicated and difficult corners.
We appreciated that during the long delay, we were regularly informed by Gavin or Lisa, what was going on.
The worktop, as promised is very easy to clean and practical in use.
We would definitely recommend granite transformations services.

Can't fault the service from the initial visit/quote to the measuring of the templates and the final installation. Callym our fitter did an excellent job and took the time to explain in detail about aftercare. The worktop has made such a difference to our kitchen. Would recommend to family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

We placed a fairly substantial order for a kitchen refit which included new worktops, doors and handles, a completely new replacement island, some re-configuration to part of the kitchen and replaced a number of appliances (Neff).

The order was originally placed with the Company's franchise centre in Melbicks Garden Centre, Coleshill, Birmingham.

Shortly after placing the order we found out that this particular branch had run into difficulties and eventually ceased their franchise. Having paid them a substantial deposit we were obviously extremely concerned as to what the outcome would be.

We were in contact with Stephen Cooper, the Technical Manager in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, this is their headquarters and they are responsible for all of the franchises around the country.

From the first time we spoke to Stephen we had nothing but friendly co-operation and an assurance that they would take over the job.

Our new kitchen is now complete to our entire satisfaction, this is not only thanks to Stephen but also our fitters Sean and Trevor who are not only excellent at their job but also extremely friendly and co-operative.

In conclusion, following our initial concerns we have ended up with a first class job, so anyone else in the Birmingham area who have found themselves in a similar situation should rest assured that Stephen and his team will get it sorted for you.

Lovely unique product & Sean & Sam are excellent installers. However the sales & after l-sales team are a total shambles, nothing was done without me constantly chasing & having to ring shower manufacturers myself. From my initial call to request a sales visit to final completion of the job took 10 months, all delays linked to the after-sales team failing to resolve simple, basic questions, ordering wrong items & failing to check all was ready for the fitters. My 2 previous jobs by their now closed Epsom branch were flawless & completed within 6 weeks, this latest painful experience has put me off using the company again.
