Everything was on the money - they turned up on time, they took as long as they said they would, the fit is great, looks really good. Everyone we dealt with was lovely. Delighted.

A great experience from start to finish. Lisa and Gavin were so friendly and helpful, doing everything they could to make the process as easy as possible. We were recommended them by a family member are so happy with the results. Installation took just a day too so was very quick and easy.

This is the second time we have used Granite Transformations. The first time was to install replacement worktops over original black granite ones and a handyman then painted the original cabinets blue. The latest project was the provision and installation of an island unit shown here. The team are delightful to deal with and Mark who undertook the installation was friendly, helpful and professional. All the dates for installation were adhered to and Mark tidied up afterwards. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Tunbridge Wells team.

This is the second kitchen which Granite Transformations have transformed for me. I'm so pleased again with the results. Worktop overlays completed in a day and looks gorgeous!

Very professional service from start to finish. The communication was excellent and the advice given helpful. We are very pleased with our new worktops.

We made a decision to renew our whole kitchen and got worktops done before Christmas and decided to do kitchen and drawers this year. We already knew how good company was so went back they could not of been more helpful. Paul the fitter was excellent advised us if things needed changing and we were pleased with his input he completed the job in 4 days exactly as predicted and we are very happy with the results we have virtually new kitchen.

Sam has been here alday, neat tidy work, helpfull, did an excellent job, transformed our kitchen worktops to a new look , very pleased with the result ,

A small area of silicon was not formed properly at time of installation, contacted them in May 2023 heard nothing, contacted them in Dec 2023 heard nothing, contacted them again in Jan 2024 and they want to charge to fix what they didn't install properly at the time - not impressed...!

The treatment from everyone at granite transformations Tunbridge wells was superb the workmanship from Adam was faultless and I would thoroughly recommend them

Great products, excellent service and just a lovely team of very friendly people from beginning to end. I have used Granite Transformations twice now for improvements to my kitchen and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

New worktops installed Feb 2023, looked fabulous. However seven months later we noticed a few small chips to the edges of worktops. Adverts state ‘how hard wearing they are and can withstand just about anything life throws at them’ - this is not the case at all.

Why am I writing this now ? As it’s almost a year after we had them installed .. noticing the little chips in the worktop edges and wishing we had bought quartz . We were absolutely delighted with the worktops at first and that is when most people write their reviews, this is an 11 month review. To a Quick Look they still look great, but, I am fussy and do not like the chips on the edges and this product is not what I believed it or the warranty to be sadly .

Presumed this would be covered under the 10 year Warranty that ‘ensures that you are completely covered should our worktop product ever fail to live up to its promise’ THIS IS NOT THE CASE . We spent just under £4K and wish we had spent more on purchasing genuine quartz worktops that never chip, which we had for 15 years in previous houses. I should say as a goodwill gesture the store repaired the little chips (which they would normally charge for) without a charge; however more have appeared since repairs in October 2023.
We are careful house-proud couple and look after our home carefully, we were told ‘ chips are classed as accidental damage’ and not covered by the warranty. No mention of this in the warranty or details and certainly not in the ‘care for your worktops’ brochure. The local company repaired the little chips but they are still happening, even though we are very careful, the worktops are not tough at all and it is 11 months ago now, really regret this purchase and wish we had paid out more for genuine non-chip worktops.

From the time we made the appointment to the time of the fitting the process was very straightforward with their commitment to timings spot on. The finished product looks spectacular and has really brightened up the kitchen. On fitting day there was a minimum of mess for what could be a pretty disruptive job and they finished the job in double quick time.

Sam our fitter could not have been better,nicer,more eager to do the right thing and the end product exceeded our expectations. He is such a genuinely nice person and a superb craftsman. The operation had a few hiccups which is to be expected but each time Sam handled the situation so professionally and always with a smile and reassuring words. We would recommend him 1000% and also the excellent product of course. Thank you all so very much. R.Green.

This is my third time using Granite Transformations due to logistics of my kitchen and moving house. They are a lovely family-run business that are kind, open and honest about what they can achieve. They go above and beyond to help. This team are amazing. The workmanship is excellent and the results are outstanding.
My worktops are beautiful!!! I wouldn’t consider using anyone else!

From start to finish, Granite Transformations were GREAT. Pleasant, non-pushy, consulting discovery meeting, traditional planning and template method and polite, efficient installation. This team delivers it all to a very high standard, I would not hesitate to recommend them.
