The bloke was really great at what he does and he was very pleasant and cleaned up after him self and I would recommend to family and friends

I have used Granite transformations of Wakefield to completely transform my kitchen. Darrell and Wendy were brilliant to deal with and i cant praise Lee the fitter enough for doing such a terrific job. Thank you all again.

The process has been no nonsense from start to finish, price was great and even suggested a few things that would make the worktops look better.

End result is totally amazing

We had our worktops covered by Stuart on Friday 1st September 2023, we weren’t happy with the finished result. There was a damaged unit and it was left unfinished. There has been a lot of miscommunication within the company and I have had to chase up on multiple occasions when they would be coming back to fix their mistakes. Considering the amount of money I spent on the worktops, I am disappointed with the service I was given and would not recommend them to anyone else.

Granite Transformations is a great company to use. Their communication was excellent and we were very happy with the finished look. We were delighted with Anthony, the fitter, who was personable, extremely professional and ensured we were happy customers before he left. We would highly recommend him, as well as the company.

Our quartz worktop was fitted by Antony. He is a master of his craft, and transformed our kitchen worktop into something spectacular. Antony worked meticulously and ensured perfection in fitting. We chose Granite Transfomations for our worktop and island unit and are completely satisfied with the result. In particular our fitter Antony was outstanding in his approach to the job and worked hard for us showing great attention to detail. He went above and beyond what was required.

As part of our refurbishment plan we met Darrell from Granite Transformation (Wakefield) to assess our situation and he provided excellent solutions. We chose Royal Ivory with white ceramic sink and chrome tap. Our fitter Anthony is a superb craftsman, he prepared the templates, fabricated the worktops and worked skillfully and diligently throughout the fitting. His eye for detail are to be admired, he takes such pride in work. The way he cleaned up and left us with the 'new kitchen' sparkle was very pleasing. Strongly recommend

From the initial contact, to the on site survey, templating and installation, Granite Transformations were exceptional. Our fitter, Anthony, was efficient, polite and extremely helpful. The finished product is exceptional and we would highly recommend the company for helping with your kitchen transformation.

From my first phone call to getting a quote to having the work done I was very happy Lee who did the job went above and beyond for me I had bought a new sink and hob which I thought were the same size as the ones taken out I was wrong they were bigger but Lee sorted it he was brilliant and my kitchen looks fabulous I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to have their kitchen transformed I'm so happy with it thank you so much Lee

We have now had our beautiful worktops fitted by Anthony. Our worktops are just utterly beautiful, the sink is the crowning glory with our new tap. I cannot praise Anthony enough from Wakefield and the team in the office. Anthony dealt with all the issues as they arose, and worked right through till the finish. His attention to detail was commendable, it looks fantastic and finished our kitchen off perfectly. Anthony cleaned up all the waste and cleaned the whole area down. He also dealt with bowing worktops, gaps, and extending the area. I simply cannot recommend this extremely polite, efficient, cheerful and superbly pleasant young man enough.

From the first visit by Judith to phone calls from Diane and fitting by Garry an excellent service. We have used granite transformations over the years to replace two kitchen worktops which have transformed our kitchen. We chose black granite which really reflects beautifully and has shown no signs of age over the past 5 years. This time we decided to use it to revamp our tired bathroom. A brilliant solution to covering existing old tiles without the need for removing them and having to plaster first. This service also enabled us to change the existing sink and taps for a modern counter top sink and mixer tap. Gary is a genius at plumbing and laying the granite and there is never any mess or dust. He takes a real pride in his work. The end result is stunning. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and it is a testament to their commitment that all the original lovely staff still work there. Thank you to all.

Just had a complete kitchen fit by Lee which was done to a high class of workmanship and professionalism too.
He was extremly polite and courteous through out the day.

This is a partial review as we've only had our worktop done by granite transformations Wakefield and our doors are scheduled in a couple of weeks
The Sachi worktop is fabulous - love it. Lee did a great job and a lovely friendly chappie too.
Looking forward for our doors so that our kitchen is then finished.

Disappointed to write this. Had them fitted at my previous address for 15 years with no issue. Following a divorce I saved up and had them again at my new property. So disappointed this time. The worktop themselves are fine. Fitting wasn’t as great this time with visible joints. After 12 months the silicone between the worktop and upstands started to yellow/ go brown. I know how to look after them and had no issues. No chemicals used etc. Despite emailing the salesman and the company direct with pictures. No response. Eventually after 6 months, after repeated emails, I got a reply to say that the salesman had left the company, despite him telling me he was a director, and there was nothing they could do. Not an issue with their silicone, no other issues etc, usual tale. A lady told me to use bleach. I was dubious as bleach yellows things but did as asked. No better at all. Sent pictures again and again no response. Again we are now 6 months further down the line and my worktops look terrible. I’m ashamed of them despite spending so much money.

Update local office have contacted me. Silicone isn’t covered under the warranty. Could I dig some out and replace it? The girl who spoke to me has to contact Wendy the boss.

Update 13/7/23 Wendy has rung me whilst on leave. She is ringing me again on Monday to organise someone coming out.

Wendy and Anthony have been to repair the edge of the worktop
There has been long term steam leak from dishwasher.
Nothing has been too much trouble and the attention to detail second to none you cannot even see the repair.
Would recommend this product and company to everyone

Really pleased with our new worktops, Scott did an excellent job, despite having to deal with a plumbing emergency as well! The whole team from Darrell, initially showing us the different options, to Bev and Sharon who kept us informed throughout the process, which was well organised, friendly and professional, would definitely recommend.

The service from start to finish was excellent, with no pushy salesman (I ejected a smarty salesman of another from my property) and a first class product installed at the end. It was a pleasure dealing with Darrell the salesman, Lee the fitter and Sharon their administrator. We were seeking quotations to renew our existing Kitchen worktops and after Darrell's initial visit his professional approach convinced us that an overlay was the way forward. We chose our Quartz overlay from the numerous samples available and a competitive quote was provided including new sink & tap. The excellent product was expertly fitted by Lee and we were extremely satisfied with the finished job.
