We think our worktop is fantastic - the quality of the product is beautiful. We highly recommend the service from granitezone, Rob, Karen, Jade and the team are brilliant. The fit team are highly skilled and very experienced. Recommend!!

Good communication around purchase and fitting. Fitters were excellent and really pleased with worktops.

I have to put the funny side to this: I called Granite Zone and they basically said "What...you want a granite worktop? We do quartz!" I went onto their website and asked for a quote on granite worktops. I filled in all of the details and received an email immediately which stated "your quote is ready" and to give them a call which I did. The salesman said "your quote just came in and it wont be ready yet" Then he proceeded to try and convince me to buy quartz instead of granite. I couldn't get a word in edgewise with this guy. He said Granitezone does 5000 jobs a year and only 10 are granite and he would have to special order a slab of granite. I pointed out to him that I am looking at your website and the granite is listed at 147 pounds per square meter. He said that is not how it is sold, it is by the slab on special order. This is a bait and switch operation so keep that in mind. If you call for granite you will get a hard sell for quartz.

I can't recommend Granite Zone enough for the product and service they provided for our new worktops. Great prices and the fantastic team (Jess, Karen and Lindsay) made the entire process smooth and stress free. The fitters arrived on time and did an impeccable job. We have friends and family interested in new worktops and have recommended Granite Zone for the products and services. Extremely happy with our new Kashmir worktops - we would definitely use Granite Zone again!

Granite zone was great from start to finish. The communication is great, the show room, all the staff including sales and installation have been a pleasure and most importantly the stone is beautiful. I went with quartz calacatta oro and it is stunning! I am so happy and would 100% recommend.

I searched ever available company i could find and granitzone came out on top. The salesman was great and offered good advice and even helped me choose my worktop. He was accommodating when changed my order. The fitters arrived when they should have and I relied heavily on their advice which has worked amazingly. I was impressed with how fast and precise they fitted it! The aftercare is great for piece of mind but honestly i don’t think i will need it! Would recommend to anybody! Thanks Granite zone.

We highly recommend Granite Zone. Our sales contact Lindsay was our first point of contact and she was very knowledgable and helpful, providing quotes for many different designs as there was so much to pick from. Surveryors used high tech equipment for accurate measuring and the fitters have done a top quality job. All the work was carried out on time to our agreed schedule and they were clean and tidy.

All the team: sales, surveyors and fitters very knowledgable. All work done to a very high standard using high tech laser measuring instruments to ensure accuracy. We originally thought we only needed one slab but actually needed 2 slabs, which pushed the price up, but we decided to go the extra mile and include the waterfalls. It has been worth the extra. All the work was done on agreed dates.

Very pleased with service we received from first contact to finish. Quality of product is excellent, fitting done with minimal fuss. We opted for Alpine Grey and it sets the rest of our kitchen off beautifully, it exceeded everything we were looking for. Would highly recommend. Thanks again, Stephen.

I am delighted with my quartz work surface from Granite Zone. I received excellent service from initial inquery to final fitting. I requested several samples which arrived within 48 hours to help me make the right choice. Fitting was straighforward, carried out by two professional fitters. I would recommend Granite Zone, an excellent service at a competitive price.

Great workmanship carried out by Marc and Nathan who fitted my quartz worktops. Great guys who were happy to answer all our questions. The worktops look fabulous. They’re a credit to the company.

Staff at every level have been courteous, good humoured and well informed.

Really pleased with the service and product from start to finish. Quick to answer my initial emails, quick quote, quick template and all fitted within a couple of weeks in time for us to move into our new house. Had loads of calls over the phone to keep me updated and discuss options. Never had to chase them. Worktops look amazing. Just really happy from a tart to finish. Thank you!!

Granitezone cracked our work top during installation and continually refused to do anything about it. If you want good after installation customer service, we do not recommend

Absolute first class service from templating to fitting. Sales team very responsive and Nathan and Mark first class service, very polite and changed my kitchen. Would highly recommend.

Granite zone went above and beyond to help pick my new quartz worktops, Jade sent me samples to help decide, I would 100% recommend the company as nothing is too much trouble from the 1st day I called, the installation guys were professional and polite and Karen was always helpful when I called, My kitchen fitter will also be recommending them as he was really impressed with their knowledge, I love my new kitchen.
