Waited 10 days for delivery of item, had no follow on email to confirm purchase. Called customer service to be told the delivery of four trims would be an extra £28. No confirmation email for order cancelled as promised. Has certainly put me off reordering.

Thank you for your comments. We apologise for the delay in you receiving your goods on that occasion our couriers were struggling with employee issues due to Covid but now everything is back on track.
Sometimes we send confirmation e-mails to the customers it is going straight into their junk mail and they are not seeing this.
We can only apologise again for the inconvenience caused and hope you will use us again in the near future.

Very good service
Very good service, value and quick delivery as usual. Delivery cost a bit high, but appreciate that elaborate protection is required for fragile products.
Would have given 5 stars if notification of delivery day and approximate time had been given. As it was the items were left exposed in my garden. Slight damage to two tile packs, but nonetheless all tiles usable.
