Ordered twice now and my first order was faultless. Ordered another pair of Oakleys in september, but were not in stock. I struggled to get a refund. However, i have now just been sent an alternative pair of Oakleys, which i am more than happy with. Before ordering, check with them on stock . I think they are turning some recent bad business practices around.

Don't use this company, they didn't deliver the sunglasses I ordered and they haven't refunded my order after several months and many e-mails. I can't stress enough do not use this company, I would put them in the bracket of a company happy to defrauding people out of their hard earned cash.

Ordered my glasses July 2018, similar to many here did not receive them or a refund and someone called Maria eventually emailed with some bizarre explanation and no reply to refund request. I am reporting them to authorities one way or another.

THIS IS A SCAM. THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS HERE ARE SURELY FAKE!!!!

Absolute scam!
I bought my sunglasses back in September and never got them, went into the store in Madrid they asked for my bank account to refund my money they never did and now the store is closed! Disgraceful human beings I hope you all die in hell!

Roque company, I never received my glasses or got a refund. They do not answer the phone or reply to emails. Avoid at all cost

Ordered sunglasses in June 2018, still waiting for them 6 months later. Sent numerous emails and had no reply. Complete scam, do not order from these thieves!!!

Do not do not buy from this company it takes your money and you will not see the goods you ordered I have sent untold emails. Have had no reply from them payed via amazon pay there no help either . I ordered my sunglasses back in August 2018 £112 out of pocket don't even deserve a star at all . As I have said do not buy form this fraudulent company.

Easy ordering, speedy order acknowledgement and notification of delivery. Delivered on specified date. Quality of both frame and lenses excellent, and as specified. Will continue to use this hassle free service without any hesitation.

Dont buy from these scammers. They take your money and you get nothing. They should all be arrested. Its internet fraud under diguise of legitimate business. 8 months and counting. Absolute disgrace. Please dont get caught. Buy from ebay at least you will get what you pay for

1 star is far too many in my opinion. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses in August 2018 which have never shown up. One month after making the purchase I received an email stating that they are having trouble with their suppliers and would I like to choose another option that would be shipped out to me within 24 hours. I declined this offer and requested a refund instead. I received an email back on 15/11/2018 saying
“ we take note of your decision, the accounting department will proceed to refund the amount of the purchase in the shortest possible time. The staff in charge of the refund will send you an email as soon as the transaction has been processed.”
I found this email very vague and generic. After 3 weeks or so I had still heard nothing so I emailed again, this time with no response at all. A week later I did the same and still, no response. This company has effectively stolen nearly €160 from me and won’t even respond to my correspondence. Shocking that they are still operating!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I placed my order on the 31st July 2018! 2 months ago I managed to request a refund via email while talking to Martina from customer service. The refund has been “In Process” ever since with no response to my subsequent emails. No phone number available on the website. Managed to get a Spanish number through google maps but am pretty sure is for the high street store itself.

It’s now been 9 months.

Order not in stock. Asked for refund.

Guess what, still no refund.

Sound familiar doesn’t it?

100% scam. How this website still operates I’ll never know.

We ordered and paid a pair of sunglasses which never arrived. We then asked for a refund, but we have received nothing.
I will spend exra money to pay me a ticket to Madrid and I will go to visit them, and i will gently explain them how to be honest when handling other's people money.

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE!

I bought a Duke hoodie from this company as a Christmas gift for a friend. The hoodie was too small and the person could not wear it. I tried to get my money back and they asked me over and over to prove that the hoodie is too small for the person. Excuse me? If I'm telling you the hoodie is too small then that's what I mean so give me a refund! This company refused to give me a refund. I've never seen a company debate with a customer about a refund or asked to "prove" whether something fits or not . Also, they only respond by email. Take your hard-earned money somewhere else. I never even write reviews but I definitely had to do it this time!

I ordered a pair of glasses on 29th August (order number 613467) and never received anything.

I only got an email mid september where they told me they had issues with their suppliers and since no answers to my email.

If someone from Granoptic reads this, please let me know if there is an update or how I can proceed for a refund

Please dont order from here placed a order last may for a birthday present werent in stick sent email after email and had no response and no refund .... I'm a single parent it disgusting I'm out of pocket 165 ... was for my sons 21st .... please never buy from these wish I'd known about trust pilot before I ordered

It’s been six months since I placed my order and the item hasn’t arrived. This is a scam so avoid purchasing anything from this site

I have been waiting for almost a year months for the refund of my order #567383. They failed to deliver my sun glass and said to cancel the order and they would give me refund which never came.

They only respond to my email when I give them review here in trust pilot but they dont take any action to refund my money.

I will ask my lawyer to send a letter if they dont refund this time.
