Air Source Heat pump Installation
I had Grant solar install an Air Source Heat Pump back in January. I’m really happy with the outcome the guys came up to Cumbria and installed the system with precision, efficiency and little to no mess. Chris the installation manager was brilliant, he kept us up to date with any issues and gave us great advice and solutions. since having the heat pump installed it has transformed our home into a lovely warm home and has knocked £100’s off our bills. We did have an issue with the hot water but I contacted the team and they were very quick to identify the issue and send some to resolve it. A special mention to John who came and inspected our system after installation. He talked through how to use the system and how to set it up to suit us. He showcased great knowledge and confidence in what he was doing. He also did a great job fixing our hot water system. In January, I had Grant Solar install an Air Source Heat Pump. I’m delighted with the result. The team arrived in Cumbria, installed the system with precision efficiency and minimal disruption. Chris, the installation manager, was fantastic. He kept us informed about any issues and offered excellent advice and solutions. Since installation, our home has transformed into a cosy warm haven and our bills have dropped by hundreds. We did encounter a hot water issue but the team quickly identified and resolved it. A special shout-out to John, who inspected our system after installation. He expertly demonstrated how to use and configure the system to suit our needs. His knowledge and confidence were evident. He also expertly fixed our hot water system.

I am now producing clean electricity and charging the battery, I should done this years ago!!

I had problems with the Foxcloud app
I had problems with the Foxcloud app, when it was upgraded without warning the reading on the app disappeared. I tried contacting Foxcloud via email but all I got is a Key number, several in fact and in reply to my message to them I got a reply in Spanish which was useless. Having contacted Grant Store I won't mention his name but he sent me an email with an attachment to watch a video and follow the instructions to get the app working properly. That failed. The next day I telephoned again and this time I got through to a lovely lady Katie Chee? She was so helpful, see talked me through the video again and the ask my to WhatsApp screenshots of what was happening, after several screenshots she said she would get back to me soon and she did, there was obviously an issue that needed someone to come out and fix. A week later three young men turned up and after the main Man scratching his head for a few minutes he found out that my address had disappeared on there list, so he promptly created the address again and it's working fine. A big faff but thanks to Katie and the rest of the team its sorted.

Installation was performed on time and looks good. Jamie and Josh arrived at the specified time, were friendly, and explained clearly what was happening. Only difficulty was setting up the associted Foxcloud app, due to issues with the app server, not the installers.

Very good service at all levels. Well explained quotation process and final quality check of all work done by their contractors. Only niggle is scaffolders did not return for 10 days but when I chased they were sent that day

Great service!
Jamie, Josh and Leon fitted an additional battery and linked it up to our existing battery. They did a very tidy job, neatly fitting the battery alongside our other battery. The job was done quickly and efficiently and the new battery was linked up to my app remotely so that I didn't need to do anything. Thanks for a great job and we are already reaping the benefits of the additional storage capacity.

Jamie, Leon and Josh all turned up on time. They where polite, friendly and professional. Unfortunately the equipment couldn't be placed as agreed with the surveyor due to a lack of space. They did a really good job, no mess left and no time wasting. Helpful with the app etc.
